Went boating yesterday so my wallet got a bit wet and so did my bills. Cashier refused to do the sale because the machine wouldn't take the cash since it was damp. Not sure how hard it is to open the register take money in exchange for the goods and give the correct change. But if it requires a deposit machine to do the transaction then what are they paying her for

None of the coolers work been at least 2 months like this too. Nothing is cold or fresh. Needs attention ASAP. Fix this store.

The employee by the name of Shayna is very rude and confrontational. I always have issue getting gas and i suppose using profane language is allowed for employees. Its not just my own experience either. Ive seen her get very catty with other women, especially women of color. Management needs to act swiftly its not cool spending your hard earned money and having to deal with a tyrant.

I have nothing but good things to say about the employees here. They're all very kind and helpful except for MANAGER STEPHANIE.Stephanie has the most horrible attitude every time I see her. My interactions with her have taken a 5 star review to a 1 star. An absolute zero if it were possible.One particular encounter I had with her, I had 2 redbulls under my arm and 2 hands full of snacks. When I got to the counter, before I had a chance to empty my hands and put the drinks on the counter, she said, "where are those 2 redbulls you had?!" in an extremely rude and accusatory manner. Right here, because my hands were full. It's not like you guys provide hand baskets. Where else am I supposed to put them??Another time, upon buying a refill, I let her know the fountain machine stank and was a mess of sticky, nasty stuff. She flipped out on me and told me she already knew that and what do I expect, she's the only one on duty. Uhh.. How was I supposed to know she already knew that? It was far from obvious. I let her know that I was simply trying to bring it to the attention of the manager. Which is her. How the h*ll SHE became a manager is beyond my imagination.There's a particular word that I generally don't use, but it comes to mind when I see her. In fact, sometimes when I walk in the store and she's there, more increasingly I walk out and go somewhere else. Even though this gas station is closest to home. I'd rather go out of my way to not have to interact with this wretched creature.

Horrible customer service. Employees smoking outside or busy flirting with random people. The employee had an extremely foul demeanor and it's the most unprofessional gas station in the entire county. Avoid this location at all costs. I will update after corporate has been notified and will state whether or not something has been don't about the trouble employee SHAYNA.

There is a rude older African American lady with very little hair on her head that mans the register(Shayna). She constantly has an attitude towards females and TRIES HARD to flirt with males that come into the store. I have had no issues with any other employees, just this new hateful lady that constantly has a chip on her shoulder. I hope others will express their dissatisfaction with her so she can be fired ASAP. I will be calling corporate and every other entity I can think of to report her.**UPDATE***After making this review I have been retaliated on while having my children present. SHAYNA watched me shop for items my children all six years old and under wanted and then proceeded to refuse me service so that my young children could not have the items they desired. SHAYNA is a foul, hateful, clearly miserable individual that should NOT be allowed to work with the public. I will continue to complain about my experiences with her until SOMETHING CHANGES. So others don't have to tolerate interactions with such a hateful person.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Employee outside smoking cigarette while 3 customer are inside. Zero greeting. Then on the phone while ringing out customers. I told her the shell app is not working at the pump she initially ignored me. So I told her again. She said we are not shell. We are becoming Circle K. The whole gas station is wrapped in shell signage. I only put Shell in my truck. I am so disappointed. Store is dirty.

Totally disappointed in the Circle K on Babcock (4950). I have had 'Sip-N-Save' since it was introduced in May of this year. My renewal is on the 27th of each month. So, last Saturday I went in and they told me, it had expired. So, I renewed it. Total cost was $6.93?? (Normally it cost $6.41) Well, anyway, went home and examined receipt. I had been charged for a "Fleet mug"? So, I went again Sunday and showed the clerks. They had no idea - but kept receipt. Went in Monday and was told my sip n save had expired?? Really? Clerk 'manager' (tall blonde-haired guy) had no idea or solution whatsoever! Completely ineffective. When he wanted payment, I had him dump my coffee from my cup and left store. Spoke with the manager at Circle K on Palm Bay and Clearmont. She suggested I get their district manager's telephone number and call him. I returned to the store on Babcock for telephone number of DM. Original clerk was off duty and clerk on duty did not know DM telephone number, she gave me what she thought might be the DM's number. I called it three times, got message from Keith the DM… I left voice mail all three times and no return calls (Keith). Have contacted customer care through website and left similar message on Monday as of yet- no reply. Really? Circle K Babcock- TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. Why, ever do they trust you with gasoline?
UPDATE: Bank Refunded our Money! Never going to Circle K again! Yuck!

You have two workers in the line backed out the door one dark skin guy looks like he's not even using his register he's just playing around and the other ladies having such a lengthy conversation with the person that she's waiting on that there's no way it's going to take me 20 minutes to get a pack of cigarettes that's crazy
