I’m leaving two stars instead of one simply because we weren’t charged for services, which saved me a LOT of money. I had my girlfriend take our three cats to be fixed. I saw other reviews with the same complaint I’m about to leave, but I forgot to tell her about it to make SURE it doesn’t happen to us. Barring any future complications that may arise from an improper surgery, that we have yet to see, this is the only problem: They put our female house cat in the area where they treat strays, so they treated her like one. They clipped her ear without telling us, and did it shorter than I’ve EVER seen. They ALSO clipped our boys nails without telling us, and did it WAY too short. You get what you pay for, I guess. All in all, beats paying $500-$700 per cat at a vet clinic I suppose.
UPDATE: 4 stars now. I went back for a follow up and everything went well with the surgery. I was again NOT charged for services! Seeing them myself was nice, and for the price, it’s unbeatable. Just tell them NOT to clip your cats ear or nails unless you want that!

This is the truth absolutely most experience I've ever had in my life I went here as my her baby turbo Scottish terrier who is 13 years old well I woke that morning and there was blood coming out of his mouth at first I didn't notice it was out of his mouth I just moved here from Jacksonville recently so I hadn't at this point set up a new vet well I'm going to try to make this quick
***NEWSFLASH***FOR THE ONES THAT DONATE HERE I'M HOPING THAT YOU RETHINK WHO YOUR MONEY SHOULD GO TO HELP HERE IN BREVARD COUNTY ..
You are either One of these two type of people donors your compassionate caring person that loves animals and their well-being OR
You just donate to hide your money say that you donated etc in my opinion and from my experience with this place Now, of course this is all IMO,
So a friend mentioned this place and I go there My friend Becky drove me God bless her and Jennifer but we get there Go inside now turbo at this point has been bleeding out of his mouth all the way there and I'm not knowing what is going on He's healthy other than this incident and we get there I go inside wasn't greeted with a hello can I help you or omg when they saw the condition my dog was in I mean he wasn't crying out in pain he was just blood was coming out of his mouth The people in the lobby were so kind considerate but, oh yes I'm getting to it and I'm being very nice at this point to you readers there were three women behind the desk not a smile but they saw the condition my dog was in and no one same to think he needed attention well tell me to fill out some paperwork and that it would be $40 of course I didn't have the $40 on me so I had to call my friend Jennifer who made sure that I had a ride to get there, and of course you immediately sent the money to my cash out well the people in the lobby that were there with their for babies or cats of course they were so considerate they one lady went to the counter at least two times in bed please help this puppy please help this dog as I'm in the floor me with my dog as he's bleeding I'm just wiping up blood continuously continuously and I don't do blood very well it was horrific after about 20 minutes and lady comes up to me never smile never comparison never like came over and said oh my goodness oh I was told at the beginning we're not an emergency clinic well you know this is like walking into it a doctor's office with a child you know if you got an emergency you're going to stop at the first place you can to see some type of help I didn't know what was going on okay let me know One lady finally came and said bring him in here in this rain handed me some paper towels of course I'm wiping it up the blood as much as I could and I tapo wasn't crying or anything he was looking a little bewildered like what is going on with me but we get in the room she weighed him of course we get in the room and he's bleeding out of his mouth still I'm in shock at this point he shook his head blood when all over the walls okay it was crazy but then she asked me a few questions in like the third or fourth question she said is he neutered I said no he's not by my choice she walked out of the room she come back and said I'm sorry I can't do anything for you omg and omgogen You mean to tell me that I have this dog pulling blood out of his mouth and you're not even going to look at him and say oh he's going to live or let's get into an emergency veterinarian real quick hurry taking no compassion nothing I'm like you got to f and be kidding me my friend Rebecca she's living also you know this is the most awful place I've ever had an experience with now I've been into some beds veterinary offices during my time and you don't you would treat this as it was an emergency .. long story short he had an abscess in his mouth and it ruptured is what the problem was He's going to be okay.I figured that t

They neutered my Willow... All we're professional and courteous.... Called a couple days later to check on him...
Appointment was easy check-in and check out was painless...

If you love you pet, this is where you come. Everyone here from start to finish is so friendly and amazing with animals. We recently lost our sweet girl, Sheeva. Everyone was so empathetic and caring and helped us through every step of the way. I also have three corgis that’s I bring here for all our pets health needs. If you’re thinking about brining your pet here for service, I highly recommend it.

Excellent service, my Cilla Kitty was spayed and also vaccines. The staff are very knowledgeable courteous and the price was excellent! Adding a friendly empathetic atmosphere. I highly recommend! ? ? ♥️

I love this place and probably will never go anywhere else AGAIN! The wait is worth the care for your animals. I went to 2 different vets within 5 days and my fur baby was over it and so was I. I called at 4:45 pm so 15 minutes to close and didn't think I'd hear back from anyone until the next day, which I totally understood. They'll called me back that same night at 8:30 pm looking to get my baby in the next day! She's all fixed and home now and I'm beyond grateful. Thank you so much for the care and appreciation. ❤️

We took our cat there to be put down. The vet said he would not do it because he didn't feel our cat was that bad. She hasn't eaten in weeks and is now paralyzed on her right side. She's refusing to come out of the closet. This was a very hard decision to make, and to be turned down is devastating. Shame on you for your lack of compassion!

You honestly will not find a more competent and caring team. I was astounded at their pricing while maintaining the upmost quality in their care. The staff is so kind, welcoming, and huge animal lovers. They will treat your pet like their own. The veterinarian even walked out to the car with us to give us one more go-over on post op instructions and help use load carriers into the car. The 1.5hr drive to them was 100% worth it!!

I took my 2 cats to get fixed here. The waiting room was packed full but they took care of everyone very quickly. The staff was all very nice. I know that job is tiring and they all kept a smile on from open to close when I had to pick my cats up. Also they did great with surgery no issues at all.
