I mistakenly bought a car with a bad transmission because I didnt know anything about cars. Gears were slipping and they told me there was nothing wrong with it - even their transmission guy who I asked if they knew the transmission code was on. Dishonest.

If I could give a negative I would! Had an appointment told them the car I was interested in when we drove up they were jump starting the car questioning this I was told they would check the battery not a problem. I test drove the car and loved it. When doing the paperwork I voiced my concern over the battery and I was told they would take the car in the back and check it and replace it if necessary. After a long process of paperwork insurance verification payment etc as we all know it takes I finally was given the keys and was reassured battery was fine. I left there thinking wow everyone was nice professional cared about thier customers. 4 days later car wouldn't start dead battery I called them and explained that I was reassured several times battery was fine I was dismissed at my complaint. I realize at a buy here pay here you take your chances but this was a blatant lie on thier part! Stay away!

Bought a Chevy Tahoe from them. Shouldve done a car fax but I didnt. Found out about 6 months later that the last odometer reading said 300k miles. At that point the truck said 185k on the odometer. Did a carfax and found that they bought it from a chevy dealership who most likely took it in on trade. Called them to ask about it and of course they said they had no idea. I highly doubt the chevy dealership rolled the miles back or changed out the odometer. So with that being said I WOULD NOT recommend

When I told the sales guy that the head gasket was leaking oil and the car had been in an accident he proceeded to tell me not to critique his inventory ?..... Then said I will slap anyone that comes in and tells me that.......... Obviously I left.....

I thought buying a car from a small business they would honor their cars & stand behind what they tell the customers! They don’t ! I payed cash ! One week after I bought the car ( had to fix all the brake lights ) 9 days after buying check engine light come on took in ( camshaft sensor ... they reset the code and said no worries it was just a fluke .. but call if and when light comes back on ) day 17 car stalled 6 or 7 times / camshaft sensor ... I called and text no reply ! Also took 29 days to get plates ... they didn’t get me the hood clip or donut tire they promised! Very disappointed
