Very friendly, fair prices, diagnostic pictures sent of the problem with my vehicle, communicated with me when ran into a manufacturer defeat of a part and had my vehicle ready the next morning when he said it would be, didn't seem bothered with questions on future repairs over all happy with the service and work will be using them again

AC in parent’s car went out. Took it to a
big box chain repair shop and was advised that a full AC replacement was needed. Sought a second opinion with Brad’s Auto Service. Turned out that the AC system just needed to be re charged which costed significantly less. Would recommend Brad’s Auto Service, they are honest, friendly and fair. A+

Website is easy to use/ schedule an appointment. They got me in quickly (next day) and told me it would take about an hour to inspect my car. It took less than that and their pricing was fair (sheet researching several places that were mich not expensive). Great service and kind, professional employees!

Excellent customer service provided by Brad’s auto service. Quickly diagnosed my car’s transmission problem, recommended repair at the dealership because it had a service bulletin out for that particular model. Much appreciated support.
