I rented a uhaul online from this BP gas station and gave them all the correct information that was needed. When I went to pick up the uhaul trailer the clerk charged me more money for the uhaul rental saying I did not put the correct city on the online application and he charged me additional money for the uhaul rental. This place is a scam and try to get more money from you than what was quoted.Beware of this scam

Most of the card readers on the pumps don't work. If the reader does work, the screen is half out. Oldest card readers in town. Need updating ASAP. They look a little sketchy like they have a card skimmer on them.

Credit card machines on pump are broken. Screen doesn't work and most are no longer able to read a credit card. They need to get new card readers. Oldest I have seen anywhere. If you can't sell gas because your credit card machine does not work your useless.

The overnight staff was super friendly. Their bathrooms were clean and the prices for gas weren't so bad!

AVOID this BP on Babcock like the plague- the pumps don't work right even though credit card gets authorized- and when I went into store to resolve it the manager TRACEY was completely rude and told me to get out of her store and never come back. When I ask questions only to be told in a rude manner that's between me and my bank - Of course I was upset because NO this was her store!!!! ...the one that charged my card! she's got to understand customers don't want to be talked to like a piece of crap. I went to Chevron instead - and their pumps worked.
