I’m not a big review person, but I have to take time to acknowledge how amazing every single employee at the Palm Bay location was. I Had a very challenging situation and other phone companies were not able to get my phone number transferred which I needed because I own my own business. Boost mobile was able make it happen and I have to say after being with Atnt for 20 years their Customer service at boost mobile is bar superior and every aspect!

Veronica and Elo went above and beyond to help me leave the store w/ a new phone. My old phone wasn't receiving messages for some reason & it was interfering with getting my Acima account open. Well these 2 wonderful and kind ladies made it happen!! I can't recommend this location enough! They did not give up and now I'm leaving this review using my brand new Galaxy A25. Thank you again soooo much!!!!!
