Boost is Boost other than the customer service from location to location. So far I've come across two polite employees and one not so polite. Either way they all need more training when it comes to their leasing program. They definitely failed to leave out vital information when it comes to using those services. I have damn near perfect credit and leased two cell phones for the first time. The employee told me at least 4 times what the final bill was and mentioned multiple times that as long as it was paid in 90 days, it would remain the amount on the receipt. Today I noticed a random dollar amount on my credit card and after calling the leasing coming to inquire about the amount they told me the balance and it was a difference of $274. According to ACIMA reps, the BOOST employees forgot to mention the fees that the leasing company tack on. Needless to say my bill is $274 more than what my receipt says it should be. So I HIGHLY recommend unless you want to get screwed, bring a form of payment and DO NOT LEASE.
