Employees were reasonable. Sold a controller I wasn't using same day cash that would've taken a lot longer if I had put it up on fb or ebay or something.

This shop was recommended to me by a trusted and beloved friend. I believe we could have had a great sell/buy relationship. However, I have an outstanding 14k gold chain that I needed to sell. The chain weighs almost 1 ounce and he offered me a face slapping $500.00! I was born at night, but it wasn't last night.
Stay away from this place unless you enjoy getting half of what you should.

So this place is literally a bunch of bull. Took a crossbow to them and the guy tried to tell me that my bow wasn’t worth more than a hundred dollars because it’s from 2018 so new bows are being made. So my bow is 12 years old not 6 so my bow must be good enough for them to keep making the SAME exact one still in 2018. Said they are sold out everywhere so they probably don’t make them anymore… seriously??? Trying to get over on me cause I’m a woman…or just has no idea what he is talking about. What is wrong with yall?? You look greedy. Kept saying stupid crap about eBay.. really?? Get real. You said you have been doing this for 17 years but you don’t know what you have in front of you.
Response: I was stating the fact that your employee said it was from 2018. It’s not. It was still being made. So don’t tell me they come out with new stuff every year. It is the SAME bow. Made a different year so the fact that it is sold out everywhere is because it is a wanted now not because they dont make them anymore as your employees tried to tell me. Please don’t treat me like an idiot. We aren’t talking about the value of a car. We are talking about your employee trying to get a very expensive set up for nothing. Have a great day

You will get ripped off. Do NOT go here plenty of other pawn shops to go to just don't go to this one!!!! They gave me $40 for something that was $180+ and ot was brand new.

They are very accommodating and they work with you even if you kind of go past your payment date they will work with you not many places will do that and I appreciate that and goes a long way

Blue Diamond exceeded my expectations in a Pawn Shoppe. They were very friendly without being pushy. We purchased a chainsaw from them but decided to return it. The gentlemen in charge gave us a full refund (gift card), without any hesitation. I recommend this place!

Had a very positive experience here the other day. I was in need of a label printer for my small business that I am just starting up. The manager, Eric, was very helpful asking me if I needed help right as I walked in the door. Left there with a very reasonably priced item! Definitely would go there again in the future.

I used to love this place until I realized you’re getting ripped off every time you come here they upscale everything and make their decisions based off EBay today is the last time I’ll ever walk in this placeThe owner is very condescending and rude especially to his employees I’ve seen it with my own eyes he will claim it’s jokes but not today a female only wanted to help me out and he barked at her for doing so I feel bad I even said anything to her cause it wasn’t her fault she was just helping me .My experiences have been distasteful the employees are amazing but the owner is a true mob boss type of guyI brung in a $1400 monitor brand new out of the box because I was moving and just upgraded to a better one and he offered me less than 200 on a loan !Today I brung in a $1000 desktop barely a month old and was offered $150 on a loanThese business are not here to help the community they are here to rob you I understand his business was broken into and he lost a lot of items but that does not mean you take it out on your customers pockets !You are better off seeking your stuff local or on eBay ! Because that’s what he goes off he doesn’t even look at the condition or ask for the correct model just types in stuff and goes off AUCTION! eBay is for desperate people and scammers you can’t believe everything you see on there my desktop sold for 700 in 2024 only three sales were complete he was looking at the wrong model but it doesn’t matter 150$ is outrageous I will definitely be uploading my experience on YouTube via bodycam cause these businesses are inconsistent! Don’t bother replying to my review learn how to treat your employees better if I could leave no star I would

Its a great shop, done business with them a few times on the purchasing side. Mostly for firearms you can't beat that stressless layaway program they have. Owner is great, probably seen him in store every other visit. Very knowledgeable and friendly, very upfront if you have questions. I haven't ever felt "dooped" or "scammed" or even pressured after purchasing anything like I have from other places. Don't listen to the negative press, people need to understand how pawnshops work. Gotta make up margin on trades, pawns and loans. If you think you can do better I guess post it online and sell it yourself..? You guys will keep my business
