If I could give 10 stars, I would. Fred at Best Computer Tech is a man who lives his passion.....helping people solve their computer issues. He definitley solved my problem...and more. If you're willing, Fred will not only explain the situation, but also provide a quick on-site education so that you can understand. Someone once said, “If a task is once begun, never leave it till it’s done. Jeff is a knowledgeable and approachable technician. I had a AIO pump go out on my CPU and the replacement wouldn’t turn on causing the CPU to overheat and shut down. Jeff was able to track it down to a jumper and had it working by the next day.

Best Computer Tech is where I take all my families computers to. Fred is very knowledgeable, honest and friendly. And yes I am an IT guy but I don't work on my families home computers. If you are IT, you know why. Anyway. Fred is da man!

Don't look at the picture he won't find it. Fred works out of his house now ,he lost the store due to covid. Remember, Microsoft started in his garage.

Fred is the best! My father's old computer crashed and he needed help installing his new one. The data from the old computer needed to be transferred to the new one, which I can't do. Fred got him all set up, got the OLD computer working, and came back to teach my dad to use the new one! He even knocked down a wasp nest by my Dad's front door!

This man knows his stuff. I've been going to him for years and recently brought my new computer to him with a shattered screen and had it back in brand new shape exactly when he said I would , no issues at all. I highly recommend.
