Went to Doctor for infection in inner ear affecting my eyes ears nose and throat doctor immediately faxed prescription for amoxicillin while I was in office 10:30 a.m. I went home after lunch and called pharmacy to confirm all. The man that answering the phone at Benzer stated my antibiotic was being delivered Wednesday. No delivery came, I called the next morning, the same man answered said that he had no prescription for my antibiotics on file. I called my doctor's office and they checked fax, fax had bounced stated pharmacy address had changed. They resent the fax so I called pharmacy and same man said it would be sent today Thursday. 4:00 Thursday afternoon I called pharmacy to confirm once again , a young lady answered and said the prescription had been filled but not sent for delivery with driver. Therefore the antibiotics I was prescribed to start Wednesday won't be delivered until late Friday afternoon. I will never use Benzer Palm Bay pharmacy again, nor would I recommed anyone else to either! Very dissatisfied.

I love this pharmacy and their staff.Very helpful and attentive.They actually answer their phone unlike Walgreens or CVS. I’m a very happy new customer that has moved all my scripts here.

Best pharmacy that I've been to throughout all the pharmacies I've been through all my life. They're very helpful and welcoming. I never had a problem with them when it comes to having my medication in stock. I'm very satisfied with them because they usually always have my medication in stock and if they don't, i usually don't have to wait no more then 2 days for my medication. I never had a hassle with them and plus they just included a delivery in their pharmacy to transport and deliver medications to their customers. I have been taken well care of ever since I've been a customer with them.

The services has gone down. There is a new employee and she is very rude. I used to get auto text when my prescriptions were ready and auto refills but not anymore . She called me to rudely say I had to pick up my medication and not my husband. Then I get there and my Prescription was not ready. She rudely made a comment about me being annoyed. I think it's time to find a new pharmacy which is sad because they used to be so good .
