“I've been with Bank of America for 24 years. Via phone BOA made me change my checking account into having overdraft protection. Something I didn't need. A few months later I was getting a monthly maintenance fee for $25. I telephone the 1800 bank number. I tried to have this fix and the person on the phone said that it couldn't be done and instructed me to have the account in 0 and to close the account. I went to this branch and they were able to fix the maintenance fee since I have direct deposit. It was an hour wait but that is fine. The staff was courteous and kind. Bianca took care of me. She did awesome.
It makes me think that the phone associates do not want to work and it is best to do businesses with BOA in Person. Four stars due to the wait. If not, it would have been a five star review. Thanks!”

Minimal wait in drive thru if at all.I read alot of the negative feedback and a large majority of them were during covid and yes wait times were long, but the drive thru was the only option at that time. Don't judge a place during a pandemic. TD Bank is truly awesome!!”
