Best storage place I have bin to yet !! great prices great an wonderful customer service …the experience I had was amazing!!!!!! I had a issue with the city of Palm Bay an once I told the office what was going on the owner called me right away an fixed the issue I have never bin so pleased with a storage company in my life .. 10 out of 10 recommend

This is the best storage storage facility I could find close to home for my boat. The outside storage Lot is Well maintained, very clean, lit up with security cameras! Its a huge relief knowing when your sitting at home Your boat or trailer is in a safe lot, protected by a Company that cares about our property.
The staff is amazing! From manager to the Man who maintains property. Feel very comfortable walking into the office to talk to staff even if just to say Hello. Very professional and treat you like a person unlike a number! Always bn great to me. Ive heard horror stories from people whos' equipment was stolen grom trailers from lack of cameras. They learned the hard way but they know now!! If ur looking for a safe dependable place to store your boat this location is perfect. close to 95, malabar Rd nd Bobcock St! Definately Get my vote for best all around storage facility in this area. Thanks BSF!

4 stars only because there were issues with gate codes and payment site multiple times over the 5 years we stored our RV there. Otherwise, a convenient store facility in Palm Bay on Babcock. Well lit and clean.

I have been storing my RV at Babcock Storage for about 5 years now and feel very good about the facilities. The staff are all fantastic to work with, efficient and very friendly. The facility is secure and I like the fact that there is power for my site. Only (somewhat) negative is I wish the parking spots were a little wider.

Looking for a short term climate controlled unit I popped in to see what was on offer.
I was immediately impressed with the neat and pristine rows of units. The ladies in the on site office were great and couldn’t have been more helpful.
The reasonably priced, different sized, units I was shown were beautifully clean ….. as are the 24/7 accessible restrooms.
I can’t recommend this facility highly enough.

Lauri was very friendly and showed us where we would park before we even brought it in. She was very helpful.
When we extended our stay Laurie was very helpful in getting everything set up for us. If we need to rent storage space in the future, we will use them again!!!
