I stopped in AutoZone on Bayside Lakes today to pick up some items. I needed help in choosing the right products and Albert M. was awesome. Not only did he help me with wipers for my car but was gracious enough to come outside and replace them on my vehicle. Highly recommend speaking to Albert if unsure about something. He's knowledgeable and very helpful. Thanks again.

Went to pick up an air filter and get assistance with installing windshield wipers, Judy assisted me with the filter and when I asked if someone could help me with the wiper blades she immediately said she would be happy to help. When we got outside there was already a young man who was helping my daughter with the blades. The willingness to help is one of the top reasons why we will continue to go to this location (Bayside Lakes Palm Bay FL) when we need parts!

Malabar Autozone is closer to me and the place I normally use but they said I can not get store credit for a part they told me I needed with the code generator that my car didn’t even have so I went to Bayside to return my maf. Malabar road started the return but I had to stop because I don’t have that bank account anymore and told me I couldn’t get store credit. When I called Wallace at bayside he said they absolutely could, however, Malabar road had already started the return but due to no store credit we had to cancel and I left. It showed as returned already despite me having receipt and part in hand, so Wallace went out of his way to call the other store and see what happened. I was frustrated and did get quite loud about they told me to get this part that I now can not return. He told me who to see at my Malabar store after he told me there was nothing they could do. Despite my frustration and belligerent attitude Wallace maintained his politeness and composure and the person he told me to see at my regular store was actually very helpful and took great care of me, her name was Tyler. I would like to commend Wallace for being so patient and kind to an extremely annoyed woman who doesn’t understand much of these mechanic things and guiding me to help! Wallace you’re amazing for dealing with as rude as I was and maintaining composure! I hope your bosses know how lucky they are to have you!

I had another excellent experience with Wallace at this location. His customer service is consistently outstanding. Not only did he efficiently change our battery, but he also took the time to share some valuable insights about battery replacement. This was our second encounter with him, and both times he has provided top-notch service. Wallace's dedication and expertise truly set him apart. Highly recommend!

Went in today for the free fix finder. I was helped almost immediately by Wallace. He was awesome, right away he went out to the car, asked me what was going on and tried to troubleshoot some ideas. We found out what was wrong and he printed me all the details. Really great service overall and super friendly. Will definitely be back!
