Julz was AWESOME! She helped us throughout our entire project. Our finished kitchen and bath layout was unexpected as she help transform our wants and needs into a spectacular end. She made sure everything was taken care of and we didn't have to lift a finger. It all started out with our free estimate. Don't go anywhere else. Their entire design team makes you comfortable and helps you throughout the entire process.

We hired Atlantic cabinets for quartz countertops in kitchen and for bathroom vanities. Craig was very helpful with us and took plenty of time to help us pick out what we wanted. When it was time for install the guys were there as promised on time. The fabrication was done perfect but the quartz on the bathroom vanities would not polish up and shine like the kitchen. Craig sent over a guy that does polishing on marble, granite, quartz etc, but he could not get the shine to come out. I discussed this with Craig and he promised to do whatever it took to make things right, either approve a fair discount that we both would be happy with, or to replace the tops in question. We resolved the issue quickly as we agreed on a discounted price. Craig was great to work with on a touchy issue. I will refer Atlantic Cabinets in the future.

I recently purchased counter tops from Atlantic Cabinets. I went into the store, met with the salesperson, selected a counter top, read the contract to see how long I had to cancel, made sure the figures were correct, signed the contract and left. Little did I know that the salesperson wrote down the wrong countertop. Unfortunately it was installed and when my husband sent me photos I told him it was the wrong countertop. When I brought this error to the company's attention, they blamed me and said I must have been mistaken. Then they went the whole, "Well you signed the contract" route. I would expect the correct name of the countertop was on the contract. Going into the store, clearly making a selection, who would think the wrong countertop would be written down? I HATE the countertop but only requested a discount because of their mistake. They refused to own the mistake. I know which top I selected because while I was waiting in the store for the sales person to draw up the contract, I texted my husband sending him photos of which one I selected. I still have evidence of this. Craig, the owner, has been a total jerk. Since I was getting no where, I filed a complaint with the BBB. Craig then responded by sending me a nasty and threatening letter. So I say buyer beware. They are not a company of honor. Check out the other complaint on the BBB. This is not the first time they have made such a mistake, it's the response that's unacceptable. If I could give this company zero stars I would. Staci will probably reply to my review with more BS so just wait for it. And I pay my bills so the check is in the mail.Oh and just scroll down, they did the same thing to another customer. This is my second home improvement by Atlantic Cabinets. THEY ARE GREAT !!!. We had them redo our first bathroom vanity. It came out awesome. So when we were ready to do the second bathroom, of course we visited our first choice of Atlantic Cabinets. The final outcome is terrific. We were treated so well. Craig, Greg and all the staff are courteous, professional and very caring that the project meets our vision. We love both bathrooms. Thank you Atlantic Cabinets. We could not be more pleased. We had our bathroom vanity replaced by Greg and his very professional staff. It was a pleasure to do business with them and we could not be happier with the results. From start to finish, every person involved was helpful, thorough and so pleasant. We are planning to replace our second bathroom and will definitely be returning to Atlantic Cabinets. Thank you to Greg and all his staff.

Price was higher than others but decided to use them as they do cabinets, countertops and all work needed. Communication was not very good. Was told installation would take 1.5 days it took 7. Plumbing for ice maker line put in wrong spot 2nd hole drilled by plumber leaving. Unnecessary hole in pantry cabinet. In retrospect should have used company with lower estimate would have saved time and frustration.

To start with the actual repair and rebuild of a walk-in shower was done very well. The installer was phenomenal. The reason for the low rating is due to the fact that the owner did not honor the 1 year warranty for problems with installation and faulty equipment. My warranty claim was very small and probably could have been done easily and inexpensively. I made two trips to the showroom with photos, the second trip ending up in the hands of the owner. It has been over a month, and I have not been contacted by anyone. It is very apparent that the owner is a cheap weasel and has no intention of honoring his warranty. Despite the excellent installation job I will never use this company again due to the lack of integrity and dishonesty of the owner.

Applied for a job. No interview, talk to some one who seemed friendly enough, nervous though. Said they were looking that she was new. They reviewed my app, I seen it online and tried to tt hiring manager, but it seems they avoid talking to public. [ the position is for Cust. Serv. They should probably have those skills to work there. Lol. Just my opinion

I also regret the day I walked in there.... it would take pages upon pages telling you everything that transpired, so I'll try and keep it short. The project ( small kitchen remodel and two small bathrooms, 1957 house). Was supposed to start the beginning of November and be finished by January... March, April, May.still not done. Went there a couple of times to brainstorm ideas and they in turn came over and acknowledged my concerns, BUT... never listened to a word I said ... yessed me to death and then did what they wanted to do.... I had xtra cabinets that I had to pay for because they didn't listen to me...they cut to much wall out because they didn't listen to me, and we had to pay xtra for crown molding on the kitchen cabinets because they missmeasured,. I had to pick out different shower tile because the one that I wanted was discontinued as well as my back splash... I wanted to go with different tile and back splash but all of a sudden the price was ridiculous. So again it was what they chose. I also had a problem with my countertop because of the different slab colors, but I made it work due to the fact that one was going on another wall. They're con artists, every one of them that I dealt with... especially the owner as well as the designer... The reason I gave them one star is because Personal Touch and JT installation were the only two companies that I would recommend.... Let me see what they have to say about this , because I've saved many pictures that I will post . I would love to forget about this but unfortunately I have to look at these mistakes every freakin day.
