I have been at Classic Collision at least 3 or 4 times. I have always received 5 star service here. The level of honesty, professionalism and customer care is off-the-charts. Dealing with Joseph and Thomas is one of the best experiences to be had. Their communication and follow-up is commendable and the energy they put forth to ensure your vehicle is done to satisfaction is amazing. So Joseph and Thomas..thank you guys...this is the Black 2019 Honda HR-V guy.

I had a my car damaged in a minor auto accident. My insurance referred me to Classic collision and the were more than professional, knowledgeable and experienced in higher end cars. I got my car back good as new. I Give them 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ service. Thanks

This collision shop broke the antena to my vehicle and refused to fix it after they broke it. The radio 100% worked after the accident prior to picking up my vehicle from this shop and now is completed broken. We even drove the vehicle for about a month after the accident with perfect radio prior to being able to drop it off at the shop. I would never recommend this shop to friends or family. We have even brought our car to an automatic car wash numerous times without incident. Now the first time we bring it after getting the vehicle from this shop the antena fell off mid wash. The shop states their employees know far too and are skilled employees where they would never have broken the antena. End of story. Now the shop refuses to take any phone calls from me to discuss the matter further. Not a company I wish to do business with.

UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS AND MULTIPLE FAILURES TO COMMUNICATE!! We dropped our vehicle off at Classic Collision for paint due to hail damage. Despite it being dropped off, for paint, they kept our vehicle for 2 weeks and did other unauthorized repairs and no paint. We were never given a report of work to be done before they started nor did they seek permission to proceed. Progressive was also partly at fault as they also failed to communicate and agreed to make it right and fix the paint. I spoke with Thomas at Classic Collision and arranged a time to finish the repair and was told it would take 2-3 days as he knew we couldn’t afford another rental car. I called later that day to reschedule for a better time and was told Thomas had left early. I did not receive a call back so I tried again 2 days later and he had also left early, but the guy who answered the phone said it was ok to drop off the vehicle on the day I requested. Vehicle was dropped off. On day 3, I haven’t received a call saying when to pick it up so I call for an update. Turns out the vehicle is not done so now I have no way to take my special needs child to his therapy appointments. Classic Collision says they thought I was dropping it off later in the week, but yet again didn’t bother to call me to discuss it. The lack of communication is UNACCEPTABLE!!

By far the worst company to go through for any body work repairs! I can’t stress this enough save your money and your time. Poor customer service, supervisor doesn’t reason with customers as well as poor communication between the whole staff. By far a money hungry company that is all they care about. Service provided was not satisfactory.

Not sure how Classic Collision of Palm Bay was able to get my friends extremely VALID AND ACCURATE review publicly removed, so I’m posting a review myself. Google is NOT supposed to allow businesses to remove bad reviews. I mean, if businesses can do that, then the whole purpose of having reviews is pointless!!!I went with my friend to this shop when she dropped off her vehicle after the accident. I only wish I had taken a screenshot of her review. It was very lengthy and very detailed and very accurate! The entire experience with Classic Collision has not been pleasant. This is far from just a customer service complaint. I will sum it all up very briefly, this shop let the “repaired” vehicle leave the shop with a safety issue!!!So on behalf of the purple Rav4, classic collision, is a true ONE star due to their NEGLIGENCE.

I called and scheduled an appointment to bring my car in for an estimate to repair hail damage. Once I got there, they asked me who I had for insurance, and I stated AllState. They guy went to the back office and came back out only to tell me that they don't work with Allstate and can't give me a quote. I asked him to please give me a cash estimate because I wasn't sure if I was going to report the claim with my insurance. He looked at me and said, "Sorry, we can't help you." I was either being lied to or discriminated against. I have never heard of such a thing nor experienced anything like this. I will never return to this company, nor will I ever refer anyone here. Especially a single woman!!
