Only one clerk, and a rush of customers, but Edwin was on top of it! He served everyone quickly, efficiently, and courteously. Edwin had such a smile on his face the whole time! I would hire Edwin on a heartbeat!

If I could give this specific worker Paul negative stars I would. I’m an Uber eats driver and I went in around 2am to pick up an order to deliver. There was 1 guy in there mopping and he didn’t greet me at all when I came in and he gave me a dirty look. Walked right past me to go outside and sweep. I stood at the counter for 5 mins waiting for him to ask me “can I help you?” Or even to just say hello to me. After 5 mins he said “what do you want?” And I said I’m here to pick up an order for Uber eats. He gave me the order and was very rude to me during the whole interaction. I didn’t respond and walked away with the order. When I was walking away he mumbled something under his breath. Didn’t catch what it was but based on the interaction I’m glad I didn’t hear it because it probably wasn’t anything good. I told my husband about it and he said that he’s had a terrible experience with Paul as well and avoids coming in when he’s working. He also informed me that Paul is friends with the owner and that’s why he hasn’t been fired despite every single person that has had the displeasure of talking to him complaining. He seriously needs to be fired!!!! I will be avoiding this store when Paul is working like the plague.

Someone who works here literally came to my rescue today (10/17). My chain on my motorcycle came loose while I took off from the light, leaving me stranded in the middle of a busy road. This amazing man, came to my rescue on a small blue honda grom I believe? He saw my struggle and called his buddy over to help me out as well. They fixed my chain for me, literally life savers. So grateful for those two men. I never asked for their names since I was worried about work, but I know the one guy on the blue bike said he worked at the 7/11, so I’m writing this review in hopes he’ll see it somehow. Or I can find out his and his buddy’s name, but I’m so grateful they were there at that moment. Thank you so much again to those two guys that helped me out. You guys are amazing.

Visited on March 20 around 2pm.All 3 employees were very friendly and courteous. Store was exceptionally clean, Owner/ Mgrshould be appreciative of them. I was an employee of a 7-eleven for many years and know how difficult it is to find employees that care enough to do a great job. Have visited a few since leaving the company, and they were dirty and employees were dirty looking and unfriendly. A child playing behind the counter, an employee out of uniform and food looked as though it was way past holding. CONGRATS on the day crew you have.

Will never shop this store again. On October 27th 2022 I made a debit card purchase there and the clerk over charged me. The clerk rang it up again and realized his mistake.. then he assured me (3 times!)that he canceled the $33.09 transaction on my debit card before redoing the transaction again which was supposed to be $24.52 ... Turns out he lied. He did not cancel the $33.09 transaction so I'm out $33.09 . I've been to that store twice trying to get something done about it with the receipts and nobody will do anything. I asked other employees there the name and number of the franchise owner and they will not give it to me.. now I have to go through a process with Bank of America which is very aggravating and time-consuming to get my money. Never will shop this place again

I don't care if someone else is supposed to be the cashier, you can hear the gas pump beeping and the bell on the door dinging. Get out to the cash register and help your customers

I came into this morning to buy 2 redlines. The employee at the register just looked at me when I put the items on the counter. I said good morning twice. The employee didn't respond. The order took several minutes to ring up. After at least 15 minutes he rang up the two items under refills. I asked the employee if he would print my husbands gas receipt...he kept refusing to print the receipt. My husband had to go into the store to get him to print the receipt and I was standing right there. Finally, the employee responded and printed the receipt. I was calm the whole time. But this employee needs to be removed from customer service.
