Usually this 7 11 have the best check out people. Today 04/22/23 around 4 pm not so much. I walked in and stood at the counter while the employee was leaned over the counter on her cell phone … ignored me. The other employee behind her finally acknowledged me. The girl leaning over the counter…still…asked the other lady a question about their food she was ordering. I know they have to eat but a simple I’ll be right with you or any acknowledgement that a customer was standing in front of you would have went a long way.

I just wanted to say this is the best 711 I've been to with the customer service!!! They are always so helpful and can ask them anything especially Heather and Tim sweetest & nicest people everrrrr that I've met in a gas station.?I will never go to another 711 store, they also are great with my kids & so friendly to them to even if my 3yr old is getting in to stuff he's not supposed to touch, b/c mommy looks away for a 2 seconds making my coffee. They are the best thank you guys so much for making my day better. ????

I’ve never in my life felt the need to leave a review on a gas station attendant until tonight. JoJoe (and yes I asked for correct spelling on her name) was beyond amazing. She went out of her way to be accommodating. She was so helpful, sweet, and kind to me. I’ve never been treated so lovely in a gas station in my life!! 5 stars to her!!

We pulled in to get gas Wed 4/13 about 8 pm. There was a female employee pulling trash. She was not paying attention to cars pulling in. We slowly pulled in and passed her. When my husband got out of the car she cussed at him. As we left the station she called him a vulgar name.

Terrible store. Drive an extra mile or 2 go somewhere else. Managers are rude, nasty and the staff is not trained on how to do their job. Worse 7/11 I've ever been in, really
