I usually go in on weekday morning with my kids to buy snacks. The gentleman at the counter is always so kind and treats us well. This day I was being checked out by an older woman. When she asked me if I wanted anything else, I mentioned that I was looking for a medium sized iced coffee cup and she said with an attitude, “we don’t got any”. Which is fine, but then she proceeded to have an attitude the rest of my interaction with her. It was even more apparent when I told her have a good day, and she said “bye. ?” with an attitude. Rude. It sucks because I love that store, but I go in the early mornings and I’m not going back to have that lady make me mad every morning.

Place a delivery order. Missing drink. Driver sped off before I could ask about it. Tried calling the store but after many tries, no one answers.

I work on the road fixing customer a/c units. Unfortunately I don’t have the comfort of carrying a microwave in my truck. I have always been able to walk into a 7-11 and use there’s with out hesitancy. I have never been told I could not even without spending money in the store. Although I was making purchases in the store the clerk told me it was for 7-11 use only. What a joke, could have at least told me you can this time but from now on please refrain and I would have seen it differently. But just the fact of that makes me never to go in there again. Customer service is your job criteria.

Really nice people work here! They helped us when our car broke down and we had to spend almost a day in / by the store waiting for the tow. So friendly everyone at this 7-eleven!

The UNEDUCATED DISRESPECTFUL cashier cursed ALOUD, "S.O.B." bc HE couldn't press the right button on his screen while I was checking out around midnight, Sunday, unfortunately, These low-class folks are getting hired around here, like a virus... I UNDERSTAND the biz owner has to deal with the WORST "applicants" while trying to hire someone decent to cover shifts bc this is the "BEST" they can get. I get it... is so sad these people are representing franchises and national corporations bc all the decent people are GONE!!! I respectfully said thank you and left...I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN !!! horrible experience.

I love 7 11 but I noticed SOME MANGERS and OWNERS treat people differently if you look different from what they think you should. They profile people based on ALOT OF THINGS a few are if you have a car or don't, what car you have if you look like you FORTUNATE (YOU HAVE MONEY)or MISFORTUNES (YOU DONT)or if you have a bag i would like to meet management to find out if they are willing to address ALL CUSTOMERS CONCERNS! I GAVE 3 stars because I'm a photographer and I Always have bag with expensive equipment and I noticed they pick and choose who follows the BAG RULE they MADE. I spoke to several CUSTOMERS about this and I went though it my self. Please let's address this situation so we all can continue to enjoy 711 awesomeness. And this is just for this location BUTS ITS BECOMING A NORM FOR HOW 7 11 TREATS CUSTOMERS FLORIDA WIDE! ONE STORE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE AND SHOW THE EXAMPLE AND LEAD THE WAY!

So I go in to get a couple things and this old lady behind the counter is complaining because "her feet are killing her". who cares. then she stops ringing me up to ask this guy who just came in and works there if "he can work Wednesday for her because she has a Doctors appointment ". unbelievable. stops my transaction turn away and proceeds to talk to him.This 7-11 has gone down hill time for the owner to sell or clean house. the place is and was filthy. go to WaWa or race track people !!!

Bought a piece of pizza was hard and disgusting!! Shady people hanging outside tonight a guy sitting on the walk playing his guitar with his dog. The place is dirty also. WaWa and racetrack is spotless. Done along with other people I know. Bye

1-17-2023 I stopped to but litto tickets. The female mgr of 5 years stopped the sale _ told me I was done. She accused me of being rude to a new employee. She was on her phone texting. I am never rude to people service me. I will find the owner.

The team is very professional, approachable, friendly and always willing to help you. The store is always clean and organized. Prices are just right! This is my “go to” store! And I love those wings!!!!!!! ❤️
