I took my Cadillac SRX to be diagnosed because the check engine light was on the codes. It was pulling us for e vap leak And The timing chain had to be replaced. They charged me $4000.00 which I was OK with I could’ve got it done cheaper, but I chose them because I wanted it done correctly. When I got my car back, they had it for a day. I was so upset. Parts were missing off of it. It wasn’t put back together correctly. I took it in that Saturday morning and the gentleman did what he could but it was Saturday The mechanic that performed the service on my car was not in. I took it back this past Monday spoke to the owner Mr. Bill he was very apologetic and made no excuse for his employee. He told me that they would get it right he brought me my car down to my job when it was finished. When I got into my car yesterday, it felt so much better. There’s still is a little slight tap in the floorboard when I turn I called and spoke with him and he ensures me that they will get that fixed. I believe that he is a very honest man trying to run a successful busy service center There’s no doubt my mind that he will get my car back in tiptop shape.. The staff have been very friendly and helpful..

7-22-24 Been going here for around 10 yrs. I don't have words to describe how THANKFUL I am that these guys, are CONSISTENTLY EXCELLENT, they do falter at times, like when I see a greasy handprint on my door inside or on the steering wheel, but except for that, I love it here!!! I'm so impressed with the owner (Bill) and the guys that work here, I went out and bought them over $30 worth of donuts, to say thanks, I APPRECIATE you all!!!❤️✝️❤️??

I've been COMING HERE FOR YEARS. it's really great, the owner/manager Bill Seitz is OUTSTANDING, the employees are helpful and friendly, the work is good quality and a fair price, you CAN actually TRUST this place with your vehicle ??

It's been a while since I have used their services, but I have coordinated services for my former employer on several occasions. The staff have been super helpful and friendly each time. The turn around time is quick and was quality work.
