These guys stripped my wheel lock key and I had to take it to Toyota where I had to pay $400 for them to cut the locks off in order to get the tires off. Monro offered me $19.99 to cover the cost of the lug nuts, then ceased communication with me. Stay away from this place.

This place broke off my sii in law lugs on the back tires of her 2002 Nissan Xterra. She just went to have them replaced on 5-11.They replaced the front one on a previous visit and rotated the front to back.this time when trying to put tires on the rear there was 3 lugs on right and on left back that were crossed thread andthey were last to touch the truck so it was definitely their work that caused the problem they let her drive away with just 3lugs holding the back tires on stateing they couldn't replace the stud so she had to drive off in her unsafe vehicle we will definitely won't berecommending this place anymore

Had to have some warranty work done for Silver Rock car warranty service, well as soon as I mentioned the Silver Rock the person that greeted me started complaining. Didn't ask what my issue was or anything. I got past that and told him my issue and he agreed to look at my car. Told me he would look and give me an estimate. 1st off I'm the one you give Warranty estimate too. I said I'd sit and wait he immediately said he couldn't get to it today. And walked out to the bays. I left and went to the next on their list.
