One Star is too much!! Real Motors Owners, management and sales associates are very unprofessional. I have never experienced such an unpleasant encounter with any business. They refuse to talk to you when you have issues and always say don't call back or come back. I have been trying to get in contact with Trish for months. I have left messages and have had no response. I purchased a vehicle for $ 8999 in 2007. In which I paid $4500 dollars down. My license were revoked for 5 years so I voluntarily turned car in. I told them that I would bring car after I took my $5500 rims off but they had my car picked up immediately. Repossessing my vehicle, manufactured rims and purchased rims. They would not let me get anything out of the car, actually they sold the vehicle @ days later. In 2015 I inquired about home ownership and my credit report did not reflect a repossession from real motors but in 2016 Real Motors was on my credit as having a repossession in 2016. Owing a total amount of $10,890. WOW!!!!!! I took the proper steps to have this cleared up. The point is they are a BUY HERE PAY HERE LOT & there is no way I owe them that much $$$$.If anything they owe me!!!!

First off they don't even deserve a star at all..mr.scott at real motors sold me a car and when I drove off the lot the car had so many problems they refused to give me my money back when asked the same day..stay away from this Carlot. Once they get your money they won't help u now to find out the motor has blown in the car I only drove it for one day.. I cried to them about giving me my money back and the answer is still no I didn't have the car 1 week and it had serious problems...
