Horrible customer service, they do bare minimum in tune up and over charge. Spilled oil on mower belt which caused it to burn through.

This place is a joke. I bought a riding mower from these people and took it in to get serviced. took them 11months and it is truly in worst shape then when I took it in for basic oil change and service. Don’t service anything with these crooks. Owner is a joke.

This place has the worst customer service I think I've experienced in years. I dropped off my Ryobi power washer for warranty work over two months ago and haven't heard back from them. I have called multiple times but nobody ever answers the phone. I've left voice mails that are never returned. Because they are so far away from my home, I haven't just dropped in, but I think that's the only way to get any cooperation.I do NOT recommend them and recommend you to find another dealership.

Customer service SUCKS! No wonder they’re closing. FYI DO NOT buy from them before they close unless you know for SURE that you will needing it. They lead my husband on for 3 days telling him “they do t have money in the drawer”, “the person who does returns isn’t in today”, and now today was told they only told him that because the guys in office don’t want confrontation but she doesn’t care about confrontation so get your stuff and go ?? (they even kept his part behind the counter for 3 days, telling him he’d get his money back once ‘someone came in to do returns’. Even gave him certain times to come back and all ??♀️

Garbage customer service. Guy who answered the phone this morning (10/12) sounded like he is hungover. He acted like I am an inconvenience to him when I called and ask questions. Then he left me on hold for 20 min. Made it worse by obviously not knowing what he was talking about. Plenty of other places to go. I'll take my money elsewhere. I advise you do the same.
