My father is having an issue with getting his regulated prescriptions filled. I understand that this is a new pharmacy but my dad is 79 years old and has been taking the same medication for 40+ years. For some reason all of a sudden he’s unable to get a 90 day script on prostate meds and they refuse to fill other meds until past the due date. Then there’s a clerk communicating with the doctor to decrease medication. She is not a pharmacist and shouldn’t be involving herself into my dad’s medical information. This should be a hippa violation and I will be checking into this. But people, especially clerks, should not be medaling in elderly people’s medication period.

Friendly staff and great experience. Meds are ready on time and little to no wait to pick up medications compared to other pharmacies in the area.

Used self checkout, item scanned wrong. Seemed like it was an inconvenience for the attendant to correct it. When paying I inserted my card it accepts, then just kept spinning, then asked if I still wanted to continue, select yes and started to spin again. This whole time the same guy watched, finally he said you have to select pay. Not sure why it took my card then if I had to hit that. He was not very friendly or helpful in a nice way. My shopping was not a pleasure. It made me feel like my business wasn't appreciated at all.

Honestly use to love shopping here but after the last 2 days I'm over management the associate are awesome but management has a serious lack of care for customers they refuse to honor their own policy even when the corporate office had made it clear what the policy says does not give customers a call back when they're suppose to honestly need new managers who actually care

Got a Greek sub this morning at the deli. I get these a lot from Publix in different towns. This one was one of the best I’ve ever had. She used real avocado.

Today we ordered some pub subs and when we went to pick them up the wrapping was pretty much on fire. When trying to notify the employee they persisted with an attitude stating that they were not burnt or on fire. Very lucky that the store hadn’t caught.
