Prices are a little high, but who's not. Personality on a scale from 1-10 is a 4. Lots of people just hang out in and on the lot. Probably because of the laundry mat under the same roof but different space. I personally wouldn't send my wife and kids here w/o me being with them. Does have most your convenience store items
