Sometimes life has unexpected events like your car just had enough.And not everyone is prepared with money saved so ..I went to several places had no help with what I could afford down and monthly within reason ..THEY DID !!! They went above and beyond!! Their car didn't meet their standards of inspections they fixed it had it clean and ready in a week even helped us with a car until the car was fixed .Thank you so much for Blessing us..Oasis family you are an amazing awesome team.!

Be careful with Beck (they own Oasis as well as the repair ?? place right North of it)… my Stepson bought a car from them… got an extended warranty.
Car died in about a month.
They fixed that problem but gave him the car back and a few days later the engine blew because of mistake they admitted to (I think they forgot to put oil back in it but am not positive).
Then they kept his car for almost six months and kept telling him “two more weeks” for replacing the engine.
In the meantime he had no car and yet was paying a huge car payment and insurance so couldn’t afford another vehicle.
They didn’t offer him a loaner and just kept stringing him along.
They might have figured, since he’s quiet (on the spectrum) they could take advantage and just push his work to the side.
I was just about to get an attorney involved when they finally got it back to him.

Absolutely disgusting people. I tried to finance a vehicle. While I was waiting in the lobby I heard an elderly man’s voice from down the hall yelling, “ with that credit score she can get right back in that Malibu!” I was driving a Chevy Malibu. They are just absolutely disgusting. While in the lobby, I also heard them ask an African American customer if she had a credit card at Sally’s. That was extremely uncalled for. They shouldn’t be asking that.

Good luck! I bought a car and it has been sitting in my driveway. Warranty Coverage is a joke!! I called them multiple times and no response!! No one will call you back. Run. Don’t buy from them. Trust Me!!! Go somewhere else to buy a vehicle!

I came up here to Oasis Auto Sales Palatka Florida to get my automobile back that was repoed it was one payment behind and they repoed my vehicle I went to the loan place where they deal with to give you a vehicle loan that works with the Oasis Auto Sales and this is a total disaster they have you running back and forth doesn't know how to operate a computer and they cannot add without a calculator with that being said I was told one price that I needed to get my vehicle back when I get to Oasis Auto Sales I find out they added another couple hundred dollars to the amount that they wanted on top of the finance fees as well needless to say all said and done it has costed me close to $1,000 just to get my vehicle when my vehicle payments are only $275 a month so if you want screwed and you want lied to and mistreated and done wrong and be sold a lemon then come to Oasis Auto Sales if you do not want the runaround the back and forth with the finance company in Oasis Auto Sales about getting their paperwork right then do not come to Oasis auto sales or deal with their finance company that they go through which is not in the location where it says it is on Google review they moved and did not notify any of the customers that they have of the move they are now located in the old Bank of America building on State Road 19 South Palatka Florida

Very disappointed in how sales are practiced at Oasis. Our salesman knew going in exactly what I had to spend and my credit score. Before even attempting to show me anything at all, he ran my credit. Obviously it lowered my score immediately. I have very limited credit and am in the process of rebuilding. Have been in sales for 35 years. Trained new sales people for 5 years. Never have I seen such behavior. When he did finally show me a vehicle it was 4x more than I could spend. I always taught my sales people to be honest...and most of all LISTEN to your customers needs. Walked out. Ignoring his calls.

Sketchy dealership due to the fact I received financing paperwork with their name on it and a finance company Santander who, when you call, somehow has part of your social and to be removed from the list you have to enter full social which isn't happening and the man I spoke to on phone who works at oasis tried to say oh the dmv sells your social and info to these finance companies which is so not true and highly illegal because they are a federal entity and this guy was trying to come up with excuses on how they got my info illegally just pulling out whatever excuse he thought I would buy.
I have never financed a car ever in my life and I buy out right and never once even heard of oasis before yesterday and if I receive anything else I'll have my attorney look into it.

If I could put a lower number I would. This dealership is awful. They don't even want to tell you the prices of the vehicles until they run your credit. Does it fluctuate depending on your credit? Just ridiculous business practices.

Today after several attempts to contact and still 2015 Jeep Compass doesn’t turn over. It was serviced under warranty for a/c compressor that was bad. Originally we asked to check why car continues to have issues. We was handed the expired warranty with no explanation. Office personnel and car salesmen came to assist. This car has a note $13k left and purchased January 2022. The dealership didn’t notify supervisor instead just pointed to paperwork. The Lot could have made arrangements to fix the problem that the BDMI dx machine show’s throttle body not working properly. Jeep was serviced but never fixed the issue. Oasis Palakta how do expect good ratings when you are selling vehicles with major issues

DO NOT buy from them!! they sale cars that are messed up. Bought a car for my daughter for her first car, nothing but problems with it. I was told I had a certain warranty, but when Chevy place went to have them pay to fix it, I do not have what I was told I had, so warranty won't cover it. Called Oasis, the GM, Doug, was rude and laughed at me. Worse place ever! Heard bad things about them, but decided to give them a try, worse mistake ever.
