I broke down on a Friday the week before Thanksgiving. The lady was so nice and very helpful. She took my name and number went and talked to the guys to see if there was anyway to work me in as they were booked solid. I had my car towed to them Friday got there about 2 hours before close, and they were definitely busy. They said they would look at it Monday and call me with an estimate. Since I was being worked in so graciously I figured it would be later in the day but I got a call at like 9-930 with the estimate. Which was better than I had expected. Gave them the go ahead to fix and then received another call like noon ish that it was done. They were great and did me such a huge favor just before the holiday. A huge thank you to everyone who helped with me car.

In response to Jennifer Hummel we did discuss on phone before appointment that she states when press gas going acts like doesn’t want to go. When stop at red light shaking /stalls. Check engine light on flashing.when go barely want to go. Knows has an oil leak.should have brought 3 months ago.Told would need to run computer diagnostics. After bringing for appt. called w/est. & discussed repairs needed. Told to tell husband so did discuss . He replied no told motor mounts are causing to put pressure on it! Have not ever even discussed looking at motor mounts trying to find & resolve running problem. Discussed would pick up & what was owed for computer diagnostics. Brought sister went over repairs to discuss every detail but could not please her sister with how she wants us to do things. We have to just simply say that we cannot do buisness with everyone we disagree with. If later they find out you were right about repairs some good & honest people do come to let you know.

They just charged my sister $70 to run a diagnostic on her car. She called the day before to ask how much it would cost and a price was never mentioned. I was interested in helping her get the car fixed but they were not interested in giving me a breakdown on what the cost would be and were in a rush to take the $71 and push us out the door. I have heard great things from this place and could not believe how unwilling they were to provide the service.
