Wow! They have restored my faith in dealership service centers! I wish all dealership service centers were like Beck! I called the day prior to make an appointment for an oil change, which I have under warranty. They had several openings and were so kind and respectful when I arrived. I told them I'd give them my warranty information but they looked it up and immediately found it, which was a very happy shock. At Nissan Universal City they refused to look up my warranty and tried to charge me for the oil change plus (see that review). But at Beck, they put their customers first! Also -- I told them to please check my alignment, which is not covered under warranty (only tire rotation is, which they did) and I said if it needed an alignment to please do it. When they finished with my car, they told me I did not need an alignment so they are HONEST as well!!! Highly recommend! It's even worth driving 40 minutes to an hour out of your way to go here!!

I have had nothing but broken promises and the run around on my truck since the day I bought it. I am so disappointed in the service department it’s ridiculous.

On my way to Gainesville and I stopped here to charge my Nissan Leaf. The fast charger was not functioning. The sales guys were nice but had no clue why it didn't work. The screen is just black and won't come on. Please fix your Chademo(fast) charger. Nissan North America is adamant about having these systems working. It's even a selling point for buying their EV. Please push Nissan to correct this issue.

I rarely leave reviews but, I feel like I need to. Let me start by saying I didn't buy my Titan from them, but brought it there to get serviced. I purchased my truck from st Augustine. I won't name the "Nissan" dealership (Hint) there's only one in st Augustine. The one in St. Augustine could learn how to treat customers from Beck in Palatka. Let me start off by saying Austin in the service department was Great! He listened to what I had to say and my issues concerning my Titan. All of my issues were fixed as promised. That wasn't the case in st Augustine. This is how a dealership should conduct business. I will be buying and dealing with this dealership from here on out. If the front end sales department is anything like the back service they will exceed my expectations. If you're in need of having work for your vehicle done I urge you to give these guys a shot. I will be repeating my business here from now on. Thanks, Beck Nissan of Palatka!

Called several times over 2 days trying to find a part for my Nissan Altima. Not one time did I get a real person past the secretary I guess you have to leave a voice mail to get someone. I know they can't be that busy to not be able to answer a phone once. After the 3rd or 4th attempt I finally called Nissan in st augustine and got to talk to someone immediately.
