“I came in hoping to get my Apple Watch reconnected to my phone! I haven’t been able to make it connect. When I came in I was greeted by Xavier and he was quick to help and figure it out even after he told me he hasn’t had a lot of experience with Apple Watches! Even called his manger to help us get my watch connected. He was so friendly and was awesome! Especially because he was dealing with a difficult customer at the same time! Xavier great job 10/10!!”
