We purchased a Lowes extended warranty "protection plan" September 2022 on an LG refrigerator at Lowe's Palatka. I called on November 11, and was given an appointment for November 16. Repairman showed, took a picture of the refrigerator and left. Today is Dec 11 not only is our refrigerator not repaired, but it seems to me the automated attendant at both Lowes and the repair phone don't want to route me to a person who can help or explain things. This $400.00 extended warranty is looking pretty worthless. I plan to ask the Manager at Lowes about it soon and will update. But for now, my advice is to forget the extended warranty

Best PAINT and Summer store hands down ! Order paint and by time I get in auto and drive its waiting at pick up desk eveytime ! Stores have order and help ! You seldom find that anymore !

I had purchased some laminate flooring and was having issues. I called to speak to management to ask if they had issues with this product in the past. I wasn't sure that it was installation error. we'll I called 4 times and went down and left my name and number. I have remodeled my whole house spending over 10000 grand in material I purchased from Lowe's. I can't believe I couldn't even get a call from the management!!!!!so after over 2 month period I gave up. I will use my store credit and now go to home depot and I will try to reach out to the corporate office to give them an fyi.

Do not go here!!! no customer service, employees are rude, management could care less. just across the street, Home depot..... they greet you as you walk in the door, employees always helpful, management handles situations respectfully and promptly

Not a fan of Lowe's right now. Went to my local store and tried to return an unopened wallpaper roll that we bought too much of. I was told they couldn't take the return because it was an online order and we returned it 14 days later than the 90 day return policy. No credit, no refund nothing. So I get stuck with a brand new unopened roll that basically nobody will want. That's ok. I have lots of choices on where I can shop in the future. Home Depot and other online retailers will take returns over 90 days. Good bye Lowe's. Keep the $40. I run a $30 billion dollar property management firm in FL. And it will cost you a lot more than $40 to retain our business and the business of our property managers. Hope that $40 helps your greedy corporate bottom line.

Worst customer service experience of my life. Spent over an hour being sent to different associates trying to find an item that showed "In Stock" online. The item also showed this status on their inventory scan in the store. They ended up not having the item in their store, nor did they have anything comparable. A 45 minute drive one-way for nothing. We will not be taking our business to this store again. Extremely unprofessional and unorganized.

We bought a storage shed and before checking out I asked if we could get help loading it in the truck. We were assured we could. Waited about 20 minutes and no one came. A 74 year and 67 year old had to load it. Thanks

Today a Lowe's in palatka florida I was greeted by a customer with a pit bull that wasn't under control . I am disabled and on my mobility device when I was greeted by a man and his pitbull . the dog went off at me with the customer informing me the dog don't like mobility devices . he jerked the chain of the dog and with the other hand hits the dogs head yelling no . I made it clear to the idiot that the did DOES NOT NEED TO BE IN. ANY STORE IF IT DONT LIKE SCOOTERS ! I we

So this morning I went to exchange some kobolt tools. I walked up to the return desk with my no hassle return, kobolt tools tape measure two sets of Dyke's pair of players and a pipe wrench I was not great friendly told I could not return them because I had rust on them I pointed out their was not rust on my tape and got Ray to go ahead and return it well I already knew it could be done so I called kolbolt final got a manager and was switched out the pipe wrench and now I'm writing about my Dyke's I will get it resolved soon or later..I will be back with a print out..
