If I could give Home Depot a negitive 3 stars I would. I bought a washing machine that was delievered a week late with no one bothing to call me to say they had an issue. Then the machine didnt work properly, called same day to have picked up. Was another week for them to have picked up washing machine. Then had to call to get a refund from Home Depot. It has now been 3 1/2 weeks and several phone calls later and all I am told is check has been mailed. This has going on since July 27th. I was last hung up on after by an employyee how told me I would have to wait until billing department gets back to us. Appently a ticket was created and that fixes everything. That all that could be done is an email sent. If I owed Home Depot Credit Card money and said check was in the mail would they so oh okay we will wait. No they would not.......

Your employees are very helpful, we live in Indiana and come to this area to work on a home here at least 5 times a year. My husband is a vet, we have always got vet discount.until our last visit, we were told he had to be active,we spend no less than 2000.00 at this location every time we are in Florida.We will going to Lowe across the street with our business from now on.
