The store is always fast and convenient as a large variety of anything you're looking for personal products food products stationary frozen food desserts air fresheners car products clothing for every member of the family the staff there is very friendly and the prices are phenomenal I would recommend the store to anybody

Hard to find anywhere else! This is the best for hard water, soap scum, & etc. Use in well ventilated space.

You can buy food, Cosmetics, Hygiene products, and Junk Food here. Clothes options and sizes are limited and not good for fat people looking to find 5xl sizes. Other than that it's a good store.

They do not know how to answer the phone!!! I was in a rush and left my bag bcuz I did another transaction. The sir who helped me was great but answer the phone people I live out of tow so going back isn't an option.

First time visiting Palatka and if I could give this Dollar General 0 stars for lack of customer service I would. Had a horrible experience today with my husband going in to get things for a picnic. He came out with a basket. Said the Manager Sammy didn't want to give him advertised price for fall item of 50% off. Finally she did but charged him more for the basket than advertised. He let it go. We went real quick next door to Family Dollar to get the rest of the stuff. I stayed in the car both times because it was quick. We decided to return to Dollar General and return the basket because honestly I felt it was wrong of her to over charge him. He came out livid. Not only did this Sammy not give him his money back she called him a liar and accused him of breaking the basket. We didn't realize the basket was defective because I barely even looked at it. She didn't give him the full amount of what he paid. Not only that but he showed her she had other baskets that were also broken. So she's selling broken stuff and overcharging people. Sammy was very rude to a man that knows Customer Service very well and is one of the kindest people I know and was just trying to do something nice for us taking me to a place we have never been to have a nice romantic old fashioned picnic. The nerve of that woman to call him a liar in his face and take advantage. She is really lucky my husband is respectful and a gentleman. I do not recommend this store at all and I WILL be a Karen and involve Corporate on her because I don't care if she doesn't like her job or if she was having a bad day. She has NO right to treat anyone like that.

Top notch discount, retail store for all of the right reasons. Great music for shopping. It runs out of stock fast but that’s because of current supply chain issues. They’re still behind on paying employees better compared to most retail work. Good luck!

Sam that works behind the counter is rude and when I asked for toilet paper because the womens restroom was out, she threw a roll at my head. Do better Dollar general.
