After being taken to the ER, I was led to believe that being taken back home was a courtesy of the hospital. I.09 miles an today recieved a bill charging $375.00.

Very reliable professional dedicated to help people ambulance transportation service , with very caring and understanding highly professional hard-working stuff, most negative reviews from the former employees who could not handle the job or just being lazy and looking for excuses not to work and most of the time they are no show to work after 1 or 2 days being with a company

All persons that transfer and transport my husband have been courteous, and usually on time. As a retired RN I am always aware of safety issues and the staff are equally aware.

Don’t work here. You most definitely will be Underpaid, Under appreciated, and overworked. I was treated poorly when I asked for bereavement time to attend a funeral service that was being held for my grandparents after no one could attend their funerals for COVID. They are not nice people to work for and are a drama filled business. Their manager instigated a lot of drama as well. Very unprofessional. Didn’t properly sanitize things for COVID and didn’t change their sheets for every patient. Half of the time equipment would not work so we couldn’t properly care for patients. A patient was dropped because they don’t check to see if their stretchers are functioning properly. Some employees would even be on headphones instead of caring for patients or driving recklessly. This place is a joke.

When my husband passed May 4 , 2020 we went to Johnson and Overturf's funeral home .. Mr Steve made making the arrangements to my husband's wants very easy ..No judgement or pushing for us to do anything more than a simple viewing and cremation ..Even with the horrid corona virus going on we were able to do as he wished .. I'd recommend them everytime I was asked .. Everyone there was so nice and compassionate.. A big thank you to Mr Steve Overture and his staff. for making something so heartbreaking, so beautiful

During a transport from LMH to OSU the employees were rude and didn't follow proper protocal which cause me to not receive care in the correct way. After several calls they have admitted that my treatment was not handled correctly and my life was put at risk due to they actions of their employees but are revusing to make it right and the only thing being offered is a 50% reduction of the out of pocket charge. I have been told that I can not speak tp then owner regarding this matter .

Worst place to work at no flexibility in scheduling God for bid they not have the hours to provide everybody 40 hours a week and you go looking for a part-time job they will fire you. Also do not let them transport your family if you have to do it yourself. I've never worked for people who are less about their customers and their employees and more about the dollar bill. This company has fallen from what it used to be and I'm fortunately after two years of being mistreated used and abused I'm happy to report I'm no longer with this company and I will not come back. Hope my review helps and remember by all means DO NOT USE Courtsey Transport or Courtsey ambulance same company they run under two names.

This company dropped an elderly new amputee in the dirt and the rain. I would be very worried about them touching any loves ones in this community. She laid scraped up in the rain and the dark with bugs biting her until 911 arrived to get her in the house. Very shameful and their actions afterward have been a joke.

My father is a World War 2 Navy Veteran with 100% service connected disability. I will not use COURTESY TRANSPORT SERVICES again and here is why. He was admitted to Putnam Community Medical Center on a Non-VA Emergency. The VA will pay for 100% of his medical services. COURTESY TRANSPORT SERVICES brought him home from the hospital. I just received a bill for the service. I called Melanie (the owner of the company) and asked her to bill the VA Hospital, 1601 SW Archer Road, Gainesville, FL 32608. She flat out refused. The VA called Melanie and assured her she would be paid, and Melanie would not work with the VA at all, in fact she was adamant and rude to the VA representative. I think this was very disrespectful to all veterans and especially a 94 year old veteran who was in 5 major battles in WW2. A Japanese suicide bomber plane landed in the mast of his ship in the Battle of Latey Gulf. If you are a veteran, I suggest that you refuse service from COURTESY TRANSPORT SERVICES, Palatka, FL. I am proud of all of our military serving our country and those who served formerly. Thank you veterans !!! Very truly yours, Susie Gainey
