They hold a check from a business to long especially when you are supposed to get payed on a that day i have had nothing but problems with this bank

The staff and service is great, very accommodating and the ATM might be much easier to reach/use for short folks like years before if allowed a bit more lower room for lower- seating vehicles with arms to easily reach it, as the sm space causes time loss & repeats by errors when straining to reach the units to avoid errors, repetition, & time losses greatest when forced to then go inside. This, an alternatives are to leave and try again later, or lose great time going inside that many don't have & try another, right?

The girls are always friendly and helpful. I don't understand the zelle process yet, it's not self explanitory as venmo is.
I thought it would be easier and equal.

It was ok for years but then customer service got awful, employees started being terrible. I switched banks and glad I made the choice to do so.

Mrs.Stephanie, Caitlin and Annette are Awesome! Always friendly and professional and will go the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied. I love that they informed me of the live teller at the ATM machine. I would give 10 stars but only 5 are available.
