I had a monthly membership (still being billed) that I cancelled last month via their website. The reoccurring charge appeared on my credit card statement for this month. I've tried to cancel this membership twice. My credit card company is not able to stop or cancel the payments since the credit card information is entered manually each month. I called the location since there is no corporate number available and no one picked up the phone.

Gets the dirt off but their vaccines have a flat wide nozzle instead of a flat narrow nozzle so U can get into small spaces better.

Equipment never works right. I've been in and the presoak doesn't work, another time vacuums off, another time got stuck in the car wash and the most recent time the car wash didn't rinse the soap off even after going through twice.I tried to cancel 2 months ago but management wanted to give 2 months free credit to try and change my mind. Their equipment just never works right and when you try to say something the response is "Someone else was complaining about that too"I contacted them again to cancel but they told me I would have to do it through a link this time. Link doesn't work so I messaged them to let them know. I can't even get a response now. So I had to contact my bank and cancel my card. Do not recommend them at all.
