Their kindness and service were even noticed by my extended family who have been impressed with their dealership and staff. I recently purchased my 2023 Nissan Armada from Rob Paddack at Beck Chrysler. The whole experience from start to final paperwork was awesome. In May I began to experience electrical issues with my Jeep Renegade, ....air condition, back up camera disabled, flashing odometer, engine light on. These same issues repeated four times. The service dept. at Beck Nissan replaced a module, replaced the compressor, decided it was a fuse issue..the 4th visit I am told wiring short..$3600.00 later after 3 weeks in shop, 3 rental cars, I drive my car 2 days, engine light on, air conditioner zonked. I am convinced the techs in service are not knowledgeable, it seems trial, error is their process at my expense. I will not return.

Was not informed a rotation of tires would have a cost involved on first oil change. And wasn't informed until my vehicle was outside ready to leave that I should replace a cabin air filter, that I would have paid for had I known prior .

From Clellan's initial response to my online inquiry through the review of my Pacific and its test drive and on to the finalization of my sales contract with Parker this was the best experience I've ever had when buying a car. The knowledge displayed by Clellan and Parker along with the efficiency of the digital contracting process really shortened the time that has usually been the dreaded aspect of buying a car. Beck Chrysler made it a pleasant and easy experience.
