By far the best experience I've had when when purchasing a used vehicle. I flew in from out of state to pick up the truck and arrived after hours. Scott made sure I had transportation to the hotel and the dealer the next morning. Paperwork was completed in less then an hour and i was on my way home. The truck was exactly as advertised and there were zero surprises and no high pressure to purchase anything i didn't need or want. I even got a text after i got back to make sure I liked the truck and had arrived home safely. Top Notch customer service. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them.

We went to the dealership where we purchased our certified used car to be serviced for the 30,000-mile maintenance check. I was told it would be an hour's wait. The time was about 30 minutes longer to finish the work, but I didn't feel like I was there all day waiting. One thing that could have been done better was to park my car in an area that was not so difficult to get out of. I had to maneuver backward in tight places to get our car out. Everyone we came in contact with was polite.
We had to bring in the certified used car we purchased from this dealer because my GMC app said there were a lot of really serious problems going on with the car. This fit me into a busy schedule and I had my car back in two days. They checked everything and it all checked out fine. Turns out the OnStar system had a glitch. I was worried because we were getting ready to drive the car many miles for a road trip and they put my mind at ease with making sure everything was working as it should. I appreciate the time they took to understand the problem and fit me in to repair it if needed repair and check it over. I like being able to count on the repair department for any issues I have with my car.

My salesman Robbie was terrific. That’s the good the bad is $1300 worth of dealership made up fees. These fees are all profit to the owners. You do not receive anything for these. It’s like your gift to them for doing business with them.

I bought a 2020 Chevrolet Tahoe LT from this dealership, I paid 33 thousand dollars cash for it. This vehicle has 90k on the odometer, I paid the full listing price for it, it sat on the lot for 87days. Let me give you a run down of my experience in buying it. I drove to the dealership after seeing it on the website, I test drove it and the vehicle seemed to drive fine. I made an offer on the SUV on the spot, it was rejected and I left. After coming back home and thinking about it I decided to up my offer in an attempt to secure it. My conversation with Corey on the phone provided nothing, as in any break at all off the asking price. I said fine I will pay your full asking price. The vehicle had no floor mats in it, no owners manual, a drivers window that was inoperable, a missing rear hitch cover and no front license plate holder. The owners manual was handed to me in a plastic sandwich bag. The floor mats turned out to be a used set of weather techs, the Reese hitch cover had to be ordered. As well as the front license plate holder. When I first started the truck on the lot I noticed how slowly it turned over. The battery is four years old, I had it load tested by the service department. It tested ok and I was advised it needed a starter, which they refused to cover. The transmission is due for service, same deal can't help you, the fluid is brown and smells burnt. The SUV was listed as no accidents, I find out later it has front end damage, a new hood ect. The absolute worst sales and buying experience of my entire life. All 63 years of it. If I had to do it all over, the SUV would still be on the lot. I trusted Corey and company, I certainly regret that now. Buyer beware, stay away from this group of clowns.
