“The staff are super helpful and friendly. We were greeted when we walk in and offered help. They always let us know of the sales and sign up offers. We always find the product we are looking for in stock. We grab CVT fluid for our older car, and the staff have come to see us on a regular basis. Now we just make jokes about keeping our car chugging along until we get a second vehicle.”

“I went to O'Reilly's Auto Parts to pick up some parts at my son had sent me for I had no idea what I was asking for or looking for I told the customer service person there what my son had told me that I needed to go pick up and he know exactly what I was talking about showed me where it was at and walk me through the whole process of the store and back up to the sales counter and checked me out I was very happy with the customer service there as I was totally lost on what I was doing and he just jumped right in to help me and made it a very pleasant and happy experience I will definitely go back to O'Reilly's Auto Parts next time I'm sent to get something that I have no idea what they're talking about thank you so much O'Reilly's Auto Parts salesperson if you are an excellent and positive experience too that store”

“Autozone was very helpful in checking the engine of a car I was/(did buy) looking to get. With them showing me everything (not of charge and without a wait) that the engine and things were good it led to me getting a deal with me purchasing my car. Due to their help I then went to them for purchasing of some minor things for the car for the their help!”
“By far the best experience I've had when when purchasing a used vehicle. I flew in from out of state to pick up the truck and arrived after hours. Scott made sure I had transportation to the hotel and the dealer the next morning. Paperwork was completed in less then an hour and i was on my way home. The truck was exactly as advertised and there were zero surprises and no high pressure to purchase anything i didn't need or want. I even got a text after i got back to make sure I liked the truck and had arrived home safely. Top Notch customer service. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them.”

“I had an excellent experience with Beck Collision. Both Amanda and Bryce handled everything when I brought in my Chevy Colorado for a hood repair. Communication by Amanda and Bryce was fantastic! Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable and had excellent customer service. I was hesitant after reading the reviews, but I had an exceptional experience with Palatka Walmart’s auto center! I will definitely be going back for other services in the future. 5/5 stars ⭐️
The ONLY bad thing I encountered, is they take forever to answer the phone. I had to call the regular Walmart number and have them transfer me, and they picked up almost immediately for some reason.”
