You can never schedule an appointment. Took me two weeks to get an intial appointment. Left 2 voicemails that were never returned.
Day before the appointment they canceled and then I called 5 times to reschedule and left 5 messages and never returned my calls

Just left Animal clinic Dr Wall Was Great !Vet tech Was Great! But Heavy set Receptionist Was Really snobby and Rude Kept Me in My Wife There Longer then needed While discharging others very quickly I wasn’t satisfied and was Treated horrible Not Like a paying Customer with a puppy in need of urgent care.

I have always had good experiences with this vet until this past Thursday. I took my kitten in there now yes it was 2 minutes before closing when I got there but at the same time, I feel like emergency situations should be accepted no matter what as long as someone is there. I was told there wasn't anything they could do and that she was anemic, but she needed an emergency vet. I was there because we were not making it to an emergency vet not to mention there was plenty staff there. So, me and my son left with the kitten. He wanted to hold her, so I let him by the time I made it back home 15/20 minutes away she had died in my son's lap. Now do I know if they could have helped my kitten, no I do not but they didn't even try. Emergencies are emergencies no matter the time if you're available. Problem is now days people don't really truly care anymore.

Absolutely the worst vet I have ever dealt with. I dropped my dog off a month ago to be cremated and they said they would call me as soon as he was back. A month went by and I had to call them and they gave me attitude and had no reason as to why my dog sat on counter right behind them for 4 weeks and didn't call me. The brunette at the desk was such a jerk. There were 3 other people there who also had issues with this vet. If you want a good vet go to the one on 207 in hastings where they dog all kinds of animals. When I had my dog put down they sent me a card with a full written paragraph and were very sweet. This vet in palatka is terrible and so are the people who work there. They do not care about you or animal. They only care about the money. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Please do not use this vet if you care about your pet at all. I have no kids and this was my child and they showed 0 compassion and actually had the nerve to try and give me attitude. They were real quiet when I went off in the office with a room full of people saying how terrible they are.

If you are going to charge excessively high prices for the services being received (in my case the cremated ashes of my dog that died there, cost of boarding from when she was alive, medicine, IVs, testing, etc, etc) then at least have some better customer service and atmosphere. I personally don't think you should charge someone for things that didn't save the animal, but you'd never make money, I get it. But you can't have terrible employees AND charge too much.
This is an office where people's animals are sick, I shouldn't have to hear your receptionist make personal call after personal call. Once, after waiting for an hour, loudly stating that the vet wasn't even on site yet and everyone would be waiting for a while, which is another issue. You allow clients to wait that long before informing them (I use the term lightly as I technically overheard it wasn't announced) of something important?
Another day with several loud and long calls about lack of cheese on a salad, when I came in to check on my dog who died the next day. A quick phone call is one thing, but we waited for a while for her to hang up so we could talk to her about why we were there. She also kept calling back so when we wanted to check on why it was taking so long, we had to wait.
I am glad I never have to go back to this office again. And I will never recommend it to anybody who wants to receive the quality of services they pay for. Unfortunately I've used similar services with other vets nearby and have never been charged this much or had to deal with such negative atmosphere.

What a great place , the staff are amazing. Was able to leave my fur child there while I went to appointments . I am not used to that . Thank you so much.

Probably one of the worst places I’ve ever walked into. If I could leave zero stars on this review I would.
To start the front desk staff was extremely rude it would not have been an issue if I was a walk in but I had called three weeks prior and scheduled an appointment. What makes this even worse is that I proceeded to wait a hour and 15 minutes and then when I told them to cancel my appointment that I was leaving I was told I was ridiculous. To cap this all off the waiting room was extremely crowded and smelled like pee.

Great place, great prices, excellent service. I loved I drove two hour to get there and I will do it again for the new baby dog I’m going to have because they are excellent.

My dog has received decent care at Animal Medical Clinic. I really would like to give a better rating but I won't based on how long each of my visits have been.
You can't call and make an appointment. In fact the last time I tried calling no one answered the phone at all. They operate by first come, first served. After my dog was looked at I was left standing waiting to pay and to get a prescription. That took 20-30 minutes. My total time there exceeded 3 hours.
I hope that they make improvements soon.

Great vet Clinic, very friendly staff. Expect it to be busy and there to be a wait as this is the only clinic in town.
