“Ever buy a warranty and never use it? Had the misfortune or getting a screw in my tire what was not able to be repaired due to the side damage of riding the flat to a complete stop. “I ordered the tires I wanted online and scheduled a 1015 appointment. I arrived at 1007, and the checking process took approximately 4 mins. By 1027, they had my vehicle back to get 4 new tires but on. Everything was done by 1127. There were no complimentary tire gauges, drinks, or snacks. The waiting room was very well air-conditioned. Not a lot of seating, but when I was there, it was easy to find a seat. The staff was super friendly and helpful at explaining everything. I did get the tire warranty as it has served me well in the past, getting 3 tires replaced at different times. The tire warranty process was quick and easy. I will be coming here in the future when I need tires on another car.”
