I had got done shopping in a building in the plaza of where this location is. The store manager Michelle, (wouldn’t offer me her full name) instantly greeted me with an irritated “hello” was really nasty and unwelcomed me to use the public restroom. No common courtesy whatsoever, I am very pleased that i’m with a different cell service company.I will never will ever go back to Verizon their customer service was terrible. I was asked to leave very rudely. I did as she asked, left and walked down the road to use the restroom at a small family owned business and they were extremely welcoming, the small business didn’t even have a bathroom that was public like Verizon did, and they kindly took me to the back to use the restroom and explained how “we’re only human” which really stood out to me, and made me wonder why Verizon was so incoherent. Michelle is buffoon, she couldn’t help but to cover her face after this interaction and plead to not give me her full name because it’s “none of my business” I hope she learns a valuable lesson after this. Verizon do your job and set this Grumpy lady straight, and maybe i’ll switch back.

I own a local irrigation company and our phones are our lifeline to the community. I had an issue with a new Apple Watch and tried calling Verizon’s tech support number over seven times only to get an overseas person reading from a script everytime. I then went to the Cordova Mall location hoping to get help only to be told he can’t do anything and told me to call tech support 😡. We then went to the Pace location and met with Matt. He and another employee named Andrew went over and beyond to get the watch not only working but scanned over our One Talk planned and corrected numerous errors a previous employee made. If you want something done this location is where to go and these two employees are who you want to talk to!! Hydraflow Irrigation and its owners are forever grateful, thank you!!

I have avoided the stores like the plague and only got my phones at places like Best Buy, this was because of the salespeople were always insufferable, not quite as bad as car salespeople but a close second. Until today. I had To drop some phones off and got the opportunity to talk with Cortez and ended up leaving with a watch and phone upgrade. I highly Recommend him.

I left a review this morning. However, looked back to see if I needed to edit it and could not find it so I will leave another one. I highly recommend this store. Sam and Matt went above and beyond to help me with my New phone. They both spend a lot of time with this senior citizen going over things with me …..if I could, I would give them 10 stars.

Puts people in line makes you wait hours and then doesn’t text and link doesn’t work. Don’t waist your time just drive to Pensacola.

Definitely avoiding this store at all costs! I went in and got an Apple Watch from Verizon with a trade in. They told me it was gonna be $7.50 a month for the watch, taxes, and everything else they charge you for. I had 2 different people tell me this number. Over a month later I get the bill and they’re charging me $17 and some change each month! I went in to talk to them and the manager was the one to help. He shrugged his shoulders and offered that I could pay my new watch off in full but if I did that my trade in would be nullified and I wouldn’t receive any compensation for the trade in. He never offered any sort of remedy to the situation, but acted like it was my fault for being scammed.
If you wanna be lied to about the cost of service, this store has got what you want! If not, take your business elsewhere.

I waited in the lobby for a considerable amount of time, after getting checked in to be assisted with an issue with a new phone the employee was rude and blamed me for a change his employee made to my check in page. Following this, he did not help in the slightest and told me I would have to come back and go through an entire process. I ended up fixing the issue myself by doing an extremely basic procedure after I figured out the issue. I have used Verizon for years and this is ridiculous.

Just wanted to say this store has some great employees, specifically Jason and Damion, that understand what customer service is all about. Jason helped us out recently, staying past closing time working with us to make sure our needs were taken care of and we received a great deal on a new phone upgrade! Damion did a great job helping me resolve a follow up issue. While I waited my turn in line, I also saw Damion display exemplery patience, kindness, and understanding as he listened to and quickly resolved the complaints of a grumpy, disgruntled older gentleman. I don't leave a lot of reviews on stores, but both of these men did such a good job that it was my time to recognize them for their excellent customer service.

I've been a loyal customer over 12 years and for me to walk into the Pace Florida store to ask to switch my old phone to my new phone that would take 5 minutes you're going to charge me $30. Are you kidding me! I have spent so much money in verizon over the past years. That's some sorry ass shit to do. Maybe yall need to rethink the way you help people.

Another poor experience at this store. Two employees in the store working with customers when I walked in. One customer was waiting. I was never greeted or checked in. The when one employee finished up with his customer, he just called over the gentlemen waiting and left me to wander around aimlessly. Eventually another employee came out of the back room and by then two other customers had walked in. The employee began helping the person who walked in after me and I had to speak up to tell them I was next. Then they put me in the queue with everyone else. When I was finally helped I was given the wrong information--Was told that I did not need to pay off a device on my plan in order for them to be released to another carrier. I could just keep making the payments. That was wrong. Daughter tried to port her number to another carrier and was told it could not be done because the device still had a balance. Basically, a wasted trip to the store. Just call 611 in the future.

I would recommend verizon to anyone. Service has gone down hill. Both cell reception and customer service are horrible
