Wonderful people and love that my hair stylist listened and can use a razor for my hair

I took my daughter for shampoo / haircut. We weren’t offered to have it washed. We were told it was 45min wait then 5 minutes later she was called back literally 5 minute haircut for 20.00 plus tip. I will never go back.
