I'm am beyond fed up at this point.Been a member for about 4 years. Since renewal this last year, the water massage table is broke more than it works. Every couple of months my fob quits working and it rakes me a month or so to get it fixed as I go earlier in the morning and I end up having to take time out of my day 2-3 different times to go by and get it fixed.Prior to this last year I had no issues and things were taken care if. Seems the bean counters don't want to spend money to fix things like massage table and the fob system.At this point I'm not wasting my time going up there and will start looking for a new gym that doesn't have a rigged up fib system and actually fixes thing when the break.

I’ve been a member for a year and I absolutely love Pace Riviera. They have free classes like spin and Zumba, they have updated a bunch of equipment since I’ve been there, and most importantly they keep excellent people on staff. This is the kind of place where the staff knows your name, greets you with a smile, and works hard to keep a clean gym. The owners are in there all the time and they are super friendly also. This is the best gym around by far

Jen is an extremely poor manager. I have been trying to follow up with her for over a week to confirm our family membership cancellation. She requested I send her an email to cancel, which I did on 10/5. After her giving me the run around for the past week I finally called paramount acceptance. They told me they do not accept cancellations from anyone at the gym. Cancellations can only be done through them by sending an email directly to them. When I signed up Jen could not print off my paperwork due to printer issues. I tried for weeks to get the copies and she never got them to me. I should've know then. Now I have to pay another months membership thanks to Jen

They tell you it’s not a contract, but then when you go to cancel they say you signed a contract and you have to pay the remaining full balance. I asked for a copy of the “signed contract” and they sent me a paper with a signature that isn’t even mine. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Pretty good atmosphere. No pressure from anyone, but someone is always willing to help. Good place for family workouts.

When I was looking for a gym I contacted them and immediately Miss Jennifer calls me back and we have a meeting . I find this gym my home everybody made me feel comfortable I thought I'd feel awkward. I would like to thank Miss Jennifer from the bottom of my heart for everything she has done for me. I will definitely continue to be a member. Everyone is always so happy and helpful. This is definitely the place to come if you want to work out and feel like you belong.

They make their money by selling the debt owed on membership even if you cancelled. And this is reported to your credit and can cost you a job.

Impossible to cancel membership!!! They continue to auto draft out of my account and are no help in correcting the problem. You have to go through a third party to cancel and when that doesn't work they are unwilling to help get it resolved! We are still dealing with this after 3 months of our initial trying to cancel! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR BANK INFORMATION!!! It will be a huge mistake!!!

Its a nice workout zone. It is quiet, clean, and you dont have to feel judged or rushed. Would definitely recommend if you like a nice peaceful workout.
