I have been using Postal Annex in Pace, FL for the past couple years for mail box & shipping. Couldn't be happier by making the move from UPS Store (after 15+ years) Postal Annex's service has been exceptional from their prompt e-mail notice of package arrival to their friendly greeting when I enter the facility to pick up my mail.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE - way to expensive. They charge your ten times what a box costs and then if you need packing you will need to take out a 2nd on your house. Not worth it and not an asset to Pace

They can't scan QR codes... What kind of post office can't scan QR codes?? You're supposed to be able to do all of the shipping options but you can't scan QR codes for any of them..

I went to 5 print shops trying to get someone to do what I wanted. PostalAnnex was the 5th stop and I expected to be denied but Tom did it!! Looks amazing!! I am so grateful and this will be my print shop for life!! Blessings!!??

Great staff, quick service at a fair price. (Update) Not only is the service still excellent but other merchandise in the store is top quality including the packing materials to the Melissa & Doug merchandise for kids (huge selection)! The place to go to buy top quality gifts for my grandkids! Check it out!

Needed a weekend notary and was turned down by UPS due to the nature of my documents. Didn't stop these wonderful folks from getting me squared away for a VERY cheap price.Can't thank yall enough.

The staff and customer service is very good, they offer different service in one place which is convenient. I prefer to pay for the quality of service and due diligence.I have not experience this above and beyond service at the usps store.Young Mike is very helpful and always willing to do accommodate. The owner is also a very helpful gentleman. Sometimes with the lady the only thing is that they tell me there’s no mail until I have them double check for it, but I get everyone gets busy. Overall is a very convenient place to go.

I first became a PostalAnnex customer right after Bruce Enzer , opened the business several years ago. I had a set of china to ship from Pace Florida to Seattle Washington. Bruce carefully and professionally packed the entire set. It was delivered without one item cracked or broken.Bruce, and his longtime employee Angela, have shipped packages for me and my wife ever since.We regularly mail packages to our children and grandchildrenin California and Washington State. Went in to drop off a package and they had a store full at the register and shopping in the store.I was immediately acknowledged walking in and then was helped promptly and then walked around to see the toys offered within.I was told if I needed help to just ask and I was so happy to see that they offered a Santa letter for children to fill out and return.My children were so excited to write their letters and I’m excited that they offer Santa writing back too!
