Owner and older male pharmacist were a GREAT help, but everyone else I met have horrible attitudes. I called and asked if I could return medication. Thankfully owner said yes. When I went in from the start lady was rude. She shoved the $210 across the counter to me. I even tried asking her how her day was because I could tell she was in a bad mood. Then as I was leaving I asked if she’s intentionally trying to be rude and she said “I’m nauseous”. Another lady chimed in and said “yea we don’t usually return medications for anyone try that somewhere else”. Could’ve just said we won’t return it. Instead they both used the return as a justification to act like children. I feel bad for anyone who has to deal with those attitudes all day

I called to order my weight loss injections my provider sent in script i was told i would have to call back i did i was told they could fill it but didnt know cost was suppose to call back they didnt i called again was told the price it would ship wed be there thursday it didnt arrive i called they said they would call back and didnt the friday i called again said ship friday be there saturday my injections did not come sat so my next injection is due this coming tuesday but they didnt hesitate to take money out of my account for the injection on 11/13/24 i was out off kied to and my money was taken i feel i was treated badly and put under undue distress

They really need to update their hours, I would have came Friday if i knew they were closed Saturday. Google still shows they're open until 12:30 Saturday

Had a prescription for a compound cream for my shoulder pain, which I had filled here. The people here are awesome! Know what they are doing, filled the order quickly & efficiently. Price was very reasonable.

I have been with pace pharmacy the whole time since they opened, they have gone out of there way to help me. Steve is a really good guy, the best.

They are so helpful. We have used them for 5+ years, and they have great selection of medicine. They also have the best value of their medicine. I would highly recommend them. I don't know why everyone else was giving such bad reviews.

They are now not open on Saturdays at all. I drove an hour and a half from my house to go get my medication today because their Google page and everything else said that they would be open till 1230 and I get there and there was a sign on the door that says “we are no longer open on Sundays” But why don’t you try putting that on your Google page that would be real helpful, I feel like I should be reimbursed for the gas that it took me to get all the way out there because your Google page said you were open. Not cool now I will not be able to sleep for the next two nights. Thank you for lying on your Google page. And not updating it.

Very bios pharmacy!!! Extremely rude! Maybe 1 person knew she was supposed to be at work today cause everyone else has their heads up there Ass! I wanted to take the time and leave a review just so people here in the pace/Milton area are aware of what this pharmacy has done! My controlled prescription, something I have to take daily.... Was called in quoted a price, each week my script was never the price the pharmacist Steve quoted. We ask why are you raising the price and they just decide to NOT fill my script. The previous month I'd call to have my medication ready and it never would be. They never seems organized or even aware of simple questions I'd ask! The ladies in the front seemed lost! But what really put it all in to perspective was realizing they just could care less if I was able to get my medication or do without! It want non if there problems!! Steve is rude and needs to work on his counter side manner! What's the point of being a small town local pharmacy if you do the same crap big box stores do?? I feel stereotyped, singled out and externally judge! Due to the nature of my meditation! They dismissed me as if I ment nothing!
