Dexter just gets a bath, a pedi, and his ears and backside cleaned, but it's always done quickly and very well. He stills smells and looks great almost a week later.

My senior dog Kyper’s grooming needs far superceeded “muddy paws”. He was matted to the max in sensitive areas and his nails resembled fossils. Muddy paws executed a sense of urgency with appointment availability and did the most effective groom job I have ever experienced with Kyper, and he’s had a ton of groom jobs! We feel confident and satisfied in their grooming abilities and reasonable rates. We notice the level of care you administered , thank you very much Muddy Paws.

Half @$$ Groomers, took our Westie in once and when we picked her up she looked like she was never cut, Gave them a Second chance and same thing, Plus they never trimmed her nails like we asked them to, Yea their Cheap, and their work matches the price.

Unprofessional, unreliable. Made an appointment for grooming. Rearranged my whole schedule to fit appt. Called the day before to confirm, only to find out the appointment was “never booked”. No sense of accountability or ownership for the mistake. Very nonchalant like it wasn’t a big deal to them. Don’t make an appointment here and expect to keep it. Make sure you follow up with them because apparently them failing to Mark got an appointment is not their problem.
