“Wow! Just had the best banking experience ever. There's a host person that acknowledges you when you walk in and notifies a banking person who you are and why you're there. We only waited 1-2 minutes, so quick! It's a simple thing but not all banks do it any more.
We had such a fantastic encounter with Aleeshia! She is so welcoming and friendly, totally makes you feel well taken care of. Aleeshia is also so knowledgeable and gave us helpful suggestions that we would not have thought up on our own. We really our enjoyed our experience!”

“Most of PenAir’s products beat out the competition. Their 4% high yield checking account is practically unheard of. You definitely won’t get that at the big banks or even most online banks. They could however use a better rewards credit card. 1 point on all purchases is not too exciting. You can get a better card practically anywhere else. But I still like PenAir.”
“We do banking here also, this is hubby's favorite bank he loves it. This is also the best place to go to the ATM in Pensacola as there are always Police Officers sitting in their cars and/or standing around by the front doors and ATM's. So it's a madhouse to get cash here. There is always a line for the ATM's & drive-thru & not much parking. We constantly have to make the block to get a parking space. We like the Police officers Presence just need a bigger parking lot. Will Return, after we make the block again...”
“I had my credit hacked and they had alerted me toot sweet. I called them we fixed everything and new card on the way. But I can't give 5 stars because the card will have to keep those fraud charges on the account once they post for about 60 days. They had ample proof of the hack but tell me they can't touch it until it posts? Correction they removed all fraud charges. Thank you PenAir!!”
