By far the best customer service I have ever had for My banking needs, I have banked with regions and bank of America for my business but I refuse to bank with anyone that charges my employees or customers to cash my check. I moved my personal accounts first and after a year of exceptional service and no HIDDEN FEES, I moved my business accounts over and couldn't be happier! Definitely 5 Star service and they know who I am.

MFC has always been there for me, showing a real hometown feeling towards me as a client. They work with you, showing respect to you for investing in them, unlike the larger banks who tend to treat you as not the person in charge of your money. This is my personal experiences on more than a few occasions dealing with banks.

My bank teller today went above and beyond for me. I believe her name was Rhonda. 3/24/23. She was working the drive thru and she was on the left out front. She told me about a service that I wasn’t aware of and I truly appreciate it. You just have no idea. She is great at her job! This location has the best customer service of any bank I have ever encountered. MFCU Pace, FL. Great job!!
