They were late in coming, but it was a crazy busy night for the tow company. That said, Micheal Smith was great. Efficient and pure professional and a real nice guy. I highly recommend Hook ‘‘Em’ Up Wrecker Services.

I would like to express my gratitude to John for his assistance and kindness in helping us retrieve our towed car. The experience of having a car unexpectedly towed and facing a $314 payment can be quite stressful and upsetting, especially given the current economic climate.
To the management, I recommend improving clarity in communication regarding costs when someone calls for information about their towed vehicle. During such stressful times, people may not know the right questions to ask. Providing upfront information about daily rates and other charges can help customers prepare both mentally and financially, especially considering your cash-only policy.
FYI to anyone facing a towed car—the daily rate is $47.40, and there is a $50 gate fee for weekends and after-hours service (at least for my car, on July 27-28, 2024). Additionally, there was a fuel charge of $36. Please be aware that taxes and additional charges may exceed the initial quote if your car remains for more than six hours. We were quoted $220 the night of the towing and ended up paying $314 the next day, less than 12 hours after we received the quote. My recommendation to you is to go get your car as soon as you realize it has been towed (we were not able to do so, hence our waiting 12 hours to pick it up the next morning).

Driver kept us waiting over an hour and a half, blaming GPS but also making other excuses (he changed his story several times). AAA needs a new vendor in the area.
Once he finally chose to make his way over he was polite enough and efficient.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
The driver, Michael Smith, was awesome. He arrived within 15 minutes after we called - even if it was 3:00 am and took great care in hooking up my son's 12 year old car so as not to damage it. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable and explained to us why he was taking extreme care and patience in hooking up the car. I highly recommend this company. And Michael Smith, thank you so much.

If I could give them a negative 0 I would!! They towed my mothers car 2 days after she died.. They tried everything they possible could to make it impossible to keep my mother’s car. I had to get our estate attorney invoked and put them on notice! STAY AWAY FROM MICHEAL. IF YOUR A WOMAN MAKE SIRE YOU BRING A MAN WITH YOU!

If I could give this towing company a ZERO star I dang sure would. I called to get this company to come out through my Triple A service for a towing matter when I was broke down on the side of the interstate. I have my children with me and we’ve been sitting here almost 4 HOURS! Not only was Triple A at fault, but when I got the name of this company I called them and the man who answered (I assume was the owner since it was after 9pm) was extremely RUDE, unprofessional, had his TV or radio blasting in the background and I asked him to turn it down (due to being on the busy interstate I can not hear that well) and he hung up on me. I then proceed to call back and ask him why did he hang up, he said he “put me on hold to call his driver and I hung up the phone.” Why would I hang up when I’ve been sitting on the side of the INTERSTATE for 4 HOURS with my children?! The man proceeded to tell me he called his “driver” and his “driver” said he’s been trying to call me. NO. Nobody has tried to call me for the past 4 hours as I’m sitting here broke down, I’d know if someone called because I’ve been waiting on a tow truck to come. The driver finally called me and told me “I just got to my truck, another driver had it and I’m in Pensacola, you’ll be my next stop I’ll get there as soon as I can, I’d say another 30 minutes.” They either need more tow trucks, more drivers or simply need to quick. Not only am I leaving this review, I’ll also be leaving one for Triple A as well, don’t worry. I don’t know who gives out the estimated “time of arrival” but every time I called I was given different times. NEVER again and nor would I recommend this “business” for a towing company. I will edit to add the guy who came out to tow the vehicle was very nice, so I do hope he finds a better company to work for or gets a pay raise because he’d be the only thing keeping this business afloat.

Had Robert come out yesterday and pick up my truck, my tie rod end had snapped so it was a little tricky trying to maneuver my truck onto the flatbed but Robert got it done. They got here faster than expected and were very professional.
