“● First impression ●On May 24. 2024, we purchased the Brentwood power reclining sofa and two Brentwood power reclining chairs. Delivery was on May 30! Dee and Brad performed the delivery, assembly and placement in our living room. Both Dee and Brad were very professional and personable. Whether or not they're directly employed by Hank's, their conduct is an eccellent reflection on Hank's. They should be rewarded for their superb conduct and performance of duties.Furniture-wise, upon a cursory first inspection, everything worked as designed. The lumbar support is WONDERFUL and greatly appreciated. There was no damage to the upholstery, although on back side of the left-hand module of the sofa, there appears to be a small area that is missing a velcro strip; easily and inexpensively remedied. This does NOT adversely affect the appearance or functions of the sofa nor does it adversely reflect on either the furniture manufacturer or Hank's.We very strongly recommend this line and recommend a superb representative of Hank's, i.e., Anthony, one of the sales staff. Anthony also displayed outstanding professionalism and customer service skills and his performance, too, should be acknowledged a rewarded.”
“I love this place. It's any crafter's dream. My only problem is, when they give a "special" on the flowers they don't put the signs with the specific ones that are on sale. You see 40% down and aisle 3 times you're going to think it's 40% off. I've run retail before, I know the sales tactic. Once the customer is at the counter they are more likely to go ahead and purchase it. No, not everyone. JS”

Katie Dalsasso responded to my inquiry, she is an exceptional accommodating customer service agent, when I emailed a minor issue on the weekend, I moved in Katie responded and corrected the issue immediately. I am very happy we chose Cort for our furniture, and I was lucky to get Katie as their representative.”
“I was a guy who didnt care about home decor, especially the candles. That was all until my fiance at that time went to look at home decor. She had me smell one candle (maple pancake) and I've been hooked ever since. I would love to give Kirkland's 5 stars. I've been to Kirkland's multiple times over the past 2 years searching for that candle. I was told by one of their store reps that they arent asked what sales. The store workers are GREAT! I am getting sick of Sunday brunch. LOL.Respectfully from a man who now loves candles.”

The Cordova store is safer. The employees are nice, I've never had one be rude to me. Found some nice wine glasses my last trip.”

“My go-to place to get new pieces at a great price. They always have something that I want to buy, especially shrits/blouses. I have a problem when it comes to pants it is hard to find the right length. I am tall, and most of their pants are for regular height women. It's not the place for someone who needs tall. Still love to shop there.”
“Cindy and Peyton were a great team. They helped us find the perfect couch and area rug for our new home. They came to our home to measure our space to ensure the items we purchased would fit perfectly. Peyton provided a wonderful presentation that showed us what our dream living room would look like. She incorporated other items such as bar stools and a lovely bench for our entry way…I had mentioned that I was looking for these items and what she found worked perfectly for our needs. They made the furniture buying experience pleasant and enjoyable.”

“I love this place. But lately it looks like a war zone. I bought what I thought was a new skein of yarn, and it had a half done knitted scarf stuffed inside it. I shouldn't have to dig in the middle of yarn before I buy it. And there are always tons of boxes of stock everywhere. And I think the check out people are just over it.”

The man that night was very uncaring for us as costumers, he just wasn’t interested in helping us. So, we came back today to find someone else to help us.

“Nice store, moreso furniture than antiques. They have 2-3buildings next to each other, two are furniture and the 3rd is their "Antique" store. Don't get me wrong, they did have antiques in there, but I felt like it was more of a gift shop with a few antique vendors throughout. Some good finds though”
