“I love how this store is clean and always have what I'm looking for when I come. However, the customer service is not the best. There has been more than once occurance that I have been at the counter and they'll stop to answer the phone, help the person on the phone, and then get back to me. The lady this morning, Denay, didn't want to do my tax exempt sale and did the same thing. This isn't the first time. The cashier's tell me to go to customer service to checkout for tax exempt and customer service tells me to go to customer service. Some consistency would be appreciative.
There was an incident when I was told to go to customer service to check out. There was a long line at customer service, but I waited. A salesman/ solicitor walked in and line jumped everyone and went straight to the counter to try to solicit Lowe's business. Rather than telling him to go to and wait in line like everyone else, they clogged up an entire cash register lollygagging and talking to this man. Leaving one clerk to wait on everyone and what was already a backed up line. It took three and male employees to stand around in lollagac with the salesman. Meanwhile, the cashier was left to tend the long line by themselves. The cashier did get the line by themself and then they all dispersed after she was able to get the line down.”
