Reba Phillips, the Disgraceful District Manager with no common sense. $21.40 was the cost for a DEFECTIVE pair of rapture headsets, that my son purchased lastnight from this store. However, today Tim, Deanna, Ren and Jim reached out to Reba by email and phone for her to contact me, for a store credit and/or exchange for this DEFECTIVE item and she declined. Jim, while at the store next to me gave Reba my phone number to contact me about this matter and it's now 1654 pm and no response. Me being a respectful, fare and graceful taxing paying citizen received the outcome I was suppose to receive. No thanks to Reba Phillips inexperience and Tod, as Reba stated to the family dollar employees guidance. I see, you can work for Family Dollar and not have common sense. Please do better when screening employees. Customer service, pays salaries.
